To create a page like the one above, there’s no need to use Flex Block elements, as those are designed to pull in articles or custom post types (CPTs).

In your case, since you only want to display images and text, you can simply use the Image and Text elements. For the background color, you can set it at the row level, and for titles, you can use the Title element.

We allow the key to be used on 2 websites at the same time because we consider that most website owners require a testing website besides the live website, and the theme must be activated there as well.
If you used the license key on more than 2 domains, then it will require more license keys and we can not interfere.

In this case, you can edit the footer using tagDiv Composer. Switch to the mobile viewport, then select each footer column and review its CSS settings (you can also check in the layout, as there are 2 places where the width can be set). Adjust the column width from 30–35% to 100% to ensure proper display on mobile devices.
