If you are referring to upload an image with that size, then yes, but if you want to use only two size as thumbs in out theme, then no, the theme use only the thumbs size from theme panel.
Uploading these size in media library will create the thumbs for theme too -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps, also please double the wp memory limit.

Usually the shortcodes that are working with are theme need to be set only like in above suggestion, maybe the shortcode is not working with our theme.
If you set the shortcode inside a post, this is displaying ?
Also please provide some more details about this shortcode, from what plugin is coming and for what is it.

Sorry, our theme do not have this option for multi tabs, the only element that have multi-tabs in our theme is the related articles and more from author -> https://i.imgur.com/Tdq8sBc.png this can be use only son standard post templates.

Please make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper theme, v10.3.3 -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

If you are using the social counter of Instagram, make sure that you set in theme panel the api key -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/ also for YouTube you need to use an api key too -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ after that the social counter should work -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also if you are using cache plugin, you need to clear all cache.

There is no need need for a save button, the data will be save after key-up.

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We didn’t tested Ad Manager with cloud templates, therefore we ca n not say if this will work or not.
