The amp version will be on mobile and you can not make the hover on mobile devices, but if you want you can set it in Theme panel> Mobile theme > Custom code> css it should apply on amp too.

Unfortunately, our theme has not been tested with any byline plugin, therefore, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry! Also, we cannot provide support for untested plugins.
Is possible that the element for Single Post Author to has some data that are in conflict with the plugin that you are using if these are loading before the plugin.

Please note that the theme updates were from v9.x to v10.x, this is the same theme and the version before v10 was v9.8.

Usually the theme panel are for standard templates/demos, the ads set with tagDiv Composer is for pages and cloud template /pro demos.
You can use each one you want, the results should be the same. But if you are using a cloud template for posts, on this will not apply the ads from theme panel.

The post view count for standard post templates is set in -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/ExOqrPs.png and this is set in post template in loop-single for for example for single post template 1 is set in -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php -> https://i.imgur.com/86NRIFc.png the classic blocks can be found on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes
For cloud post template the view count is set in this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_post_views.php and the shortcode from this file is set on cloud template with tagDiv Composer.

If you place that image over the block posts, the area of image/icon set will cover the block and that part will no more be clickable, so the only way to solve the problem is to remove the icon, or maybe to set a smaller one and move it from the post articles.
