I think that the problem can be caused be fev_icon.png that was remove from your media -> https://rodhi.in/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/fev_icon.png -> https://i.imgur.com/kleOBN8.png -> https://i.imgur.com/hMReNQz.png that file can be set in them panel -> https://i.imgur.com/eSOI66R.png after that clear all cache and check again the page speed.

You can check our documentation for tagDiv Composer, unfortunately on Newsmag tagDiv Composer do not has so many elements and functions, therefore the row can not be stretch and there is no element for icons, sorry!

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
