Make sure taht you are using the last version, v10.3.2 and make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or cloudflare (CDN), deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Most of this kind of errors are from untested plugins. Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or cloudflare (CDN), deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also to have the same layout on mobile as on desktop, please do not use the mobile theme plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

If covid elements display 0 data:
To fix the covid counter you need to deactivate and delete tagDiv Composer plugin and install it again from Newspaper > Plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/3nvXhlS.png, after that clear all cache and the covid counter will work again after we’ll get data from the covid
api (it can take 1-2 hours).

The view counter can be change, stop or reset, also you have the possibility to set manually the number of view, go in posts and enable the custom fields -> https://i.imgur.com/NavHTFn.png after that down in post will appear the the custom field options -> https://i.imgur.com/waKZBHe.png chnage it -> https://i.imgur.com/NAFEi9p.png and check the results.
The theme will count using the theme counter and analytics counts using it’s own counter. There is no simple way to make them both work using the same parameters.The real and unique value for your visitors is given by Google Analytics. Our post view counter will count any post-visualization, even if the post is visited twice by the same person and that’s why appear that difference.

You get that error because you are not installing the theme, you try to install the package that come with the theme,, you need to unzip this file and install only the Newspaper zip from inside.

We just checked the import/export option and is working, make sure that you are using the last version of Newspaper on both website (v10.3.2) also make sure them plugins (tagDiv plugins) are enable and you do not have a plugin conflict. Please make a test using only theme plugins and import the theme settings -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
