Most of the time, the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict; therefore, after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Normally, the developers said that if an article is set in a subcategory, the parent category should automatically be selected for that article to have a hierarchical structure for the category, that’s how it was designed to work.

I’m not sure if I understand what you need. Do you need something that includes teh links from where the submission was made? For example, if it is from this page https://double-glazing-windows.co.uk/tdcpt_directories/ada-windows-ltd/ to include that page link? if so, unfortunately, there is no option for this in the theme but I think it can be done with a JavaScript and an extra custom field, in the moment when the submit button is clicked and the js to run and get the current url and setit in teh custom filed (taht element will be need to be set on the page, but it can be set as hidden).

Try one more time with the check for update button, but this time check it using only tagDiv plugins and make sure that no cache and object cache is applied.

Make sure that after the theme is updated, all theme plugins that are now used are also installed and updated (can be installed/updated from Newspaper > plugins).

First, please make sure you have a full backup for your website. After that, you have 2 options to avoid the problem with freezing when you try to update:
1 – Disable all extra plugins except tagDiv plugins and try to update the theme using the option from Newsmag > updates

I understand your point. We’ve discussed this with our developers, and this feature is only possible if the user bookmarking an article is logged in.

When a logged-in user accesses their account from another device, their bookmarks will be displayed there as well. However, without an account connection, it’s not possible to bookmark an article on one device and see it on another, since there’s no link/connection between them.
