You can use the import export settings, but this will get only the theme settings, the pages need to be copy from database, so the easiest way will be to use a plugin for migrate/duplicate, ( make a copy of the demos site and database and set it in the new one).

Make sure that is not a firewall security from host or some Wordfence.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

WordPress will loose widgets allocation when switching to a new theme, these well be set in sidebars only when the theme is activate, that is way all the widgets were moved in inactive widgets, unfortunately for the moment the only solution is to set theme back in sidebar.
