The login popup can be found in two files in our theme, one is for classic mode and one is for cloud.
Standard -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php
Cloud -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php

The sidebar can be made using tag Div Composer, edit the page or template, click on the row and choose a layout -> http://prntscr.com/pw8wwp after that set the elements that you want to show in that column, if you want you can use widgets too, just set the widget sidebar -> http://prntscr.com/pw8xj8

That mega menu look like that because the posts have two categories, music and video, the mega menu is set on videos, and will display all the post that make part from that category, the posts that have set the music category in menu, have this category set as primary category http://prntscr.com/pvu8du -> http://prntscr.com/pvu89l so if you want to mage a mega menu with out subcategories, then you need to set the primary category with out subcategories -> http://prntscr.com/pvu9nf -> http://prntscr.com/pvu9xr

From what I can see the mobile theme is appearing ipad, this is usually a cache plugin conflict, please deactivate it and check to see if this is still happen, also we recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin.
