Usually the social counter on pages can be remove using tagDiv Composer on posts or category templates when is set in sidebar can be remove from appearance > widgets and look for social counter -> http://prntscr.com/ps7ks4

Also now you can use single poets templates from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer to make it to look how you like.

From what I know there was some changes in Instagram roles so you’ll need a token access from Instagram to can show that Instagram feeds; there will be a new implementation in our Instagram widget in the coming update that we hope will solve this problem, meanwhile you’ll need to find a plugin that can display Instagram feeds.

I’ve just checked your website and is look that you’ve set wrong a mega menu with sub-titles -> http://prntscr.com/ps64vk the mega menu can be only with category and subcategory not with subtitles.
Also if you want to have a menu only for hover then you can set a custom link like this -> http://prntscr.com/ps68uq after that set the sub-menus -> http://prntscr.com/ps697c or make it a mega menu -> http://prntscr.com/ps69gk

Sorry but the social counter widget cannot support any more elements at the moment. The implementation for the plugin needs a specific api that is lacking on other networks besides the ones already implemented. If you need a Linkedin counter, you will have to use another social plugin at the moment as we have no current plans on adding any new options to the social counter plugin.

The bottom ad make part of the post content so it will be display at the bottom of article, the share buttons are a separate section that is add after the article section.
If you still want to set the ad in that place you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and set with tagDiv Composer and ad box -> https://tagdiv.com/ad-box-newspaper-theme/ where you want, after that set the code for ads in that ad box.
