Hi,
The shortcode can be used while creating/editing a cloud library template
– http://prntscr.com/muggu0
It can only be used if the tagDiv composer and the cloud library plugins are active. It is not a theme panel setting. The option for modules is in the theme panel
– http://prntscr.com/mughx5
Thanks
Hi,
Seems there are many other problems not just the search not working, the thumbnails are not loading in modules and some images, also the pagination is not working
– http://prntscr.com/mugf4p
The first step in identifying the problem is to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, this usually solves most conflicts. Please try it and check if that is the case here. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
What exactly is happening when you try to activate the theme? Should be no problem

Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
It depends on the footer template you are using. Some footer templates have predefined content in them which cannot be removed, adding widgets in the footer columns will display them below the predefined content
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-footer-templates-2/
If you want to display only your own widgets in the footer, use a blank footer template, or partially blank. Let us know if you have more questions, or if I misunderstand the question.
Thanks
Hi,
That is an icon font created for the forum, you could use a font awesome heart icon instead – https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icon/heart-o
To add it in a menu you can follow this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
It could be added in other places as well.
Thanks
Hi,
Which pagination are you referring to exactly? Maybe it could be done with a plugin or modifications in the theme files, or by a different method. Some guides I found

– https://kb.yoast.com/kb/how-do-i-noindex-urls/

Thanks
Hi,
This may happen if you use an older theme version, so for example if you use a theme older than 4.3 it will most likely not work
– http://prntscr.com/mufxca
However if the latest theme version is used and it is not working at all, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a look. Include a link to the topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Changing the theme (if that is what you want to do) will not cause the posts to be lost, all the posts and pages are saved in the website database. But it is always recommended to make a full backup before making major changes to the website.
By history I don’t quite know what you are referring to exactly, some more details would be helpful. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
Sorry for the inconveniences, there was a decision made to integrate the mobile theme with the official AMP plugin.
There were many requests to have a menu on AMP since the introduction of the AMP plugin, a section for adding the auto ads code directly in the theme panel (not by adding it in the plugin code each time the theme was updated), sections for adding custom code and a few others. So it was decided to use the official AMP plugin together with the mobile theme, which would be a better solution than a dedicated AMP plugin as before. The mobile theme is optimized for mobile for increased performance.
The official AMP plugin can be used by its own, and the mobile theme deactivated if you don’t want to use it. Or you could consider using a different AMP plugin altogether. Let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
You can use the official AMP plugin without activating the mobile theme. The dedicated AMP plugin provided by us was removed in the latest version, now the official AMP plugin can be used together with the mobile theme. The settings from the mobile theme in the theme panel will work with AMP, these two plugins
– https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
But you can use just the AMP plugin, or a different AMP plugin, if the mobile theme cannot be used.
Thanks
Hi,
This would be the image that contains all the icons for the social counter only
– http://prntscr.com/mu2qjy
Seems this file cannot be accessed on your website – http://prntscr.com/mu2qxf
From what I can see that file is served from a CDN but it responds with a 4o3 forbidden error. Maybe there is something wrong with the configuration, security settings maybe, or something happened with that file.
Thanks
They are not the same, one is a predefined post template, non-editable with the composer, and has a predefined structure in a PHP file. These can be modified in a child theme if needed. A new template can only be added like so
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/api-single-template-introduction/
But all that would not be necessary since the introduction of the cloud library plugin. The cloud templates can be edited with the composer, modified, duplicated.
We replicated the design of the predefined post templates in cloud templates, also added some new designs.
What would you like to apply exactly from a predefined post template to a cloud template? A predefined post template will always look the same in structure and design. The post content will be the same in both. Let me know if I misunderstand.
Hi,
You can do that per post, in the custom fields section of the post edit screen
– http://prntscr.com/mty4wo
Change it to the value you want and update the field.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme doesn’t have an option for the users to vote, maybe you use a plugin for that which may not add the necesarry structured data.
The only review capabilities of the theme are like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
The review/rating can be made by the post author only, based on this the theme will add the necessary structured data.
For example this demo post that has a review
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-htc-nexus-8-with-64-bit-processor-4gb-of-ram-and-8mp-camera-leaks/
– http://prntscr.com/mty1k1
Thanks
Hi,
So a specific post? You could use the post ID filter. Enter the ID of the respective post with a “-” before it – http://prntscr.com/mtxt6o that would work.
The category filter work as well, but it will remove all the posts from a respective category.
Thanks
Hi,
If you modify it there it will affect all the modules, not just the mega-menu modules. Also there could be various design issues as you mention caused by changing the heading, the proper CSS will not apply anymore.
I could add a request for an option to be added in the header builder to be able to choose the heading it will use, but I can’t promise anything.
Thanks
Depends on what you did, if you modified/removed/added structured data, you can test with this tool – https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/
Hi,
Could be caused by an ad blocker, this may happen if there is a background ad set and an ad blocker extension is active in the browser. It detects the ad. I believe there will be some modifications in the theme to try and prevent the ad blocker from removing all the content in the page.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems my colleague pasted the wrong link, sorry abut that. You can request a refund here
– https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new
We will approve it as soon as possible.
Thanks
Hi,
Then it could be that the header is built directly in the page, delete all the elements from there – http://prntscr.com/mtx9ou
In the header manager leave it on global. If that is not it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, we will take a look at that page. Include a link to this topic in the email. Let me know.
Thanks
@in2town Sorry to hear about the problems you are having. The theme and the mobile theme will be improved. But this may take some time, for the implementation and testing, other projects being developed at the same time etc. Hopefully it won’t be long now from what I know, and the modifications will have a positive impact.
Seems to not happen all the time, now there is no problem for example
– http://prntscr.com/mtx3ig
Maybe it was something temporary. Can’t find much else online about it, it is related to the SSL certificate it seems. Maybe check with the provider for the certificate for your website, they might be able to help if it happens again.
Quite unusual, seems some ads have a negative margin left, it comes from the ad code
– http://prntscr.com/mtwpq4
Maybe check how you created the ads, why would they have a negative margin. That may be what is causing the problem. I for one haven’t seen this before, ads coming with a negative inline margin left.
But not all of them, only the ones that are bigger for some reason, the ones that are 300×250 or auto which would usually be the same thing in this case.
I could try and center them with some CSS, the ones that are bigger, maybe it will work
.td-g-rec-id-custom_ad_1,
.td-g-rec-id-custom_ad_3 {
right: 20px!important;
}
.td-g-rec-id-custom_ad_1 .adsbygoogle,
.td-g-rec-id-custom_ad_3 .adsbygoogle {
margin-left:auto!important;
}
Single image elements don’t have a lightbox option, I believe only the inline single image has it – http://prntscr.com/mtwla1
So this element has a modal image option which seems to work regardless of the general setting in the theme panel (that can be off).
Hi,
I don’t think it is possible, at least I can’t think of a way of doing it, even at database level. The posts containing a smart list are not different from the others, no special elements in the database to use and search for them and try to return the ID.
Thanks
