Hi,
We are aware of that issue, I believe it is already fixed for the next update. Thank you for mentioning this. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
1. The About us will display text you enter in the footer text field
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QpeQxMWDaNc2
You could enter some text there, a link if you want to. This “About us” text cannot be removed by an option, it would require to edit the plugin files
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LyXBNkHWzGl
An option to disable it may be added in the future, the plugin will receive more features.
2. There are no font-settings at the moment for AMP. The only option would be to modify this in the plugin files
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-change-the-font-in-tagdiv-amp-plugin/
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
It may take some time before the key works, then it should refresh every hour according to their description of the free plan. For me it worked after a couple of hours
– https://www.screencast.com/t/APifLt3R
So it should work for you eventually, if you use the latest version of the theme.
Thanks
Hi,
Deactivate the optional mobile theme plugin if you want to display the same content from desktop on mobile.
Note that when the mobile theme is active, you will have to create two versions of a page. One for desktop with the page builder or in any way possible. Also one for mobile, this is limited to the mobile editor and it’s simple capabilities
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jeHTSQZauy
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile theme is intended to be used if you want to display a different version of the website on mobile, a simpler and lighter version with no blocks, grids etc. If you want to display those elements, deactivate the mobile plugin.
Thanks
Then there is a problem with your WordPress. Maybe you modified WordPress files or added code in them, try some of these suggestions
– https://stackoverflow.com/questions/36705610/link-unlink-buttons-missing-in-wordpress-editor
– https://www.wpkube.com/fix-white-text-missing-buttons-wordpress-editor/
Hi,
If you have multiple licenses and you don’t want to create a new forum user for each, use the manual activation
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
Or add keys to your account – https://www.screencast.com/t/kRCmx0CPhAu
Thanks
Hi,
Check a post which does not display a sidebar, see what it’s sidebar settings are. If you do not set a sidebar manually
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jE4k01PVgg
Then the post will inherit the sidebar from it’s primary category
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
Let’s take this post for example, it does not have a sidebar
– http://bigboxnews.net/83-2/
Check if a specific sidebar is set in the post edit screen. It’s primary category would be this one since it is it’s only category
– http://bigboxnews.net/category/technology/
Check if the category has a sidebar set, Theme panel->Categories->Per category settings. Be sure to also check if the sidebars actually have widgets in them.
Thanks
The plugin will always be provided in the plugins folder, so it can be installed manually
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TZzj2LbaqKu
It can also be installed from the theme plugins panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bClpn2gU
Hi,
That would happen if WPBakery plugin is active. Deactivate it and the issue should be solved. If you plan to use the tagDiv composer, you could deactivate WPBakery, in some cases there could be various problems if both are active.
Thanks
Hi,
What exactly do you mean by location? I don’t quite know what that would be, some more details would be useful. Modules can display these metas
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XMgsPvnIjr2k
Also they can display a category tag if enabled.
Thanks
Hi,
Then a condition like this will work – https://www.screencast.com/t/LqE4k7wx
The header add will be loaded only on post pages after making this condition.
You can modify the header templates in a child theme, so after a theme update the modification will not be lost
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Hi,
Try to save a shortcode in a new page, see if the same thing happens. Try with other elements as well.
In case the same issue is happening, deactivate as a quick test all your plugins, leave only the composer and theme plugins active. Also be sure to review the theme requirements guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Hi,
There are many form plugins, you can check some guides and comparisons and choose what you think is best
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/5-best-contact-form-plugins-for-wordpress-compared/
– https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-contact-form-plugins/
I believe the most popular would be Contact form 7 or WPForms.
Thanks
Hi,
I could take a look, please provide a link to your website if possible. Does the Facebook section disappear if you deactivate the plugin? maybe I could remove it with CSS.
Thanks
Hi,
That issue with the Cloud library seems to still happen for some users, despite some fix attempts on our side. We will continue to investigate the possible causes for this to happen. We appreciate any user feedback and we will try to improve the Cloud beta plugin.
What you could check is the theme system status panel and theme requirements guide, see if any modifications have to be made
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient resources can cause many problems. You can try to make these modifications yourself or contact the hosting provider.
Also in some cases the solutions from these topics fixed composer issues

Let us know what you find.

Hi,
Filter by Featured category and sort by oldest, that would be the solution
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IOOJYx4MxlRw
That would arrange the posts by publish order, oldest will be first.
Change the grids, experiment with other grid and block types. Full width grids will use the featured image as background, all other modules use thumbnails that are created from the featured images.
The theme uses a center top cropping when creating the thumbnails, this method would be the best overall
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
Also you can experiment with the flex blocks, these allow you to choose an image size and other image parameters. I see that for this post you use a portrait image with text
– https://nationofmotivation.com/the-4-hour-work-week-by-tim-ferriss/
The cropped thumbnails created from that image will not display the full image. if you plan to use such images for some posts or all posts, maybe consider using the flex block
– http://prntscr.com/k7tfar
Hi,
Provide a link to your website, so we can take a look.
Hi,
Posts will inherit the sidebars from their primary category
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
So the sidebar you set for a category will be displayed for the posts that have it as primary.
An exception is if you use Cloud library post templates, there the sidebar has to be created or set in the template.
Thanks
Hi,
We recommend the WP Super Cache, but that does not mean that other caching plugins will surely not work.
We only made tests with the super cache up to this moment, that is why we know there will be no problem with it and we recommend it. There are plenty of theme users that have other caching plugins.
You can also use Cloudflare for more speed improvements. I found some guides you can use for inspiration
– https://wpdingo.com/setup-wp-super-cache-cloudflare
– https://tutreal.com/wp-super-cache-cloudflare/
Be sure to test the website with online tools, see where you can improve. Using caching and Cloudflare should improve the performance considerably.
Thanks
Hi,
What exactly should I check in the homepage? I have clicked most of the blocks, grids, ads in the homepage but I see no problem at the moment. Sorry if I misunderstand.
As a note, if you use WPBakery as the builder for your website, deactivate the tagDiv composer (this plugin will be activated automatically after a theme update). There could be problems when they are both active, in some cases.
Thanks
Hi,
This is unusual. Is the button still missing if you switch to a default WordPress theme?
You could also try some possible solutions in this guide
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-white-text-and-missing-buttons-in-wordpress-visual-editor/
Thanks
I don’t know why you want to remove that span tag, you could remove it if this is required. Try it like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PwnONEWjeJ
Hi,
The excerpt box is located by default lower in the post edit screen, below the post settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AZcAZcpBLtRO
If for you it is not there, maybe it is in a different location in that screen, or maybe it is disabled in the screen options
– https://www.screencast.com/t/8muztwJP7Q
Thanks
Hi,
Try any plugin you want, I cannot make any recommendations for a specific plugin. Make a few tests with such plugins, choose the one you like and works best. Check some guides and comparisons for example
– https://ooomacros.org/wordpress-flipbook/flipbook-wordpress-plugins
– https://medium.com/@david.hill84/16-flipbook-wordpress-plugins-which-ones-are-the-best-744f201bb92e
Maybe some other users can share their choice in the matter.
Thanks
