@sharkyh2o Use only theme provided page templates and there will be no problem
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aQnt7Gt1JTS
Try it on a new page and see if the error is still shown.
Hi,
Please try to deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins as a quick test. Disable them by FTP
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Check if the issue is solved after doing this. Let us know.
Hi,
The page content can be copied like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rYQS4v5dgzz
If you are interested in a demo homepage, the page content is provided for all of them. Example for a demo – https://www.screencast.com/t/p5x5godd
That code is the code for the homepage of the demo. The additional design and styling is located in the demo stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/uxSFdfbchT
The theme panel settings which are imported when a demo is installed are also located there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9Ur6u26PDrNy
Hi,
Most of those errors seem to point to the child theme. Try disabling that as well as a quick test. Check if it solves the issue.
If there is still an issue we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also FTP and cPanel access if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
You don’t seem to be using our provided AMP plugin at the moment. If you enter the necessary ad information in the provided fields and the ads are AMP compliant there should be no problem
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7183212?hl=en
We have tested AMP ads with our plugin and there were no issues. Many users are also successfully displaying ads on AMP pages with the plugin.
Hi,
There are many theme settings regarding fonts, in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
There you can change the fonts and font properties for most elements. Also now the fonts on blocks and other elements on pages can be customized directly while building the page with the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ee55XAXuo0
Each block for example can have it’s own font settings. This offers an alternative to the general theme panel font settings.
If you could provide some more details about the problem you are having, for what element the problems happen and in what circumstances, it would be helpful. A link to your website where the problem/element is question is happening would be useful as well.
Thanks
Hi,
So you want to move the reply box above the comments, there is a solution in this topic with code modifications you could try
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/move-leave-a-reply-box-above-comments/
Thanks
Hi,
I have added this on our list and the developer team will take the necessary action in this matter.
Thanks
Hi,
So there is a problem receiving an access token, you could try step 13 in this guide
– https://smashballoon.com/custom-facebook-feed/access-token/
Try the token tool on the bottom of the guide, there should be no problem with eh counter after inserting the token and all the other data in the counter.
Thanks

A license can be used on one final website only. Two different websites (final end products) will require two theme licenses. That would be the summary of the license.
Our newsletter element will display only an email field at the moment, so from all your fields in the form only the email will be displayed. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
A solution would be to embed the form in a raw HTML element for the moment, all those fields should be displayed then. Sorry for this inconvenience, the newsletter element will probably receive more options in coming updates.
It would depend for what elements exactly you want to do this. I will give you a solution if you could provide these details. A general font cannot be set, it will require more precise code.
You can use the browser inspector to identify those font parameters. For example the post title has this font family and font properties
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mXIVMXRnqeY
The browser inspector is a very useful tool
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried that as well, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c2kyXeZORtMV
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Y97w3JRE
This is the code used, enter in text mode and it should appear
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]
All the demos can be installed, there is no restriction in this matter. It is unusual that you can install some demos and others not as you mention. You could check the theme system status, see if there are enough resources allocated
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
If you could mention why exactly you cannot install the demo you want, it would be helpful.
Unfortunately there is no such sorting option currently in the theme, that would allow a yearly sorting. Only the archive pages display the posts sorted by years
– https://pildat.org/2018
I tested as well on iPhone x, there is no problem on my end, see here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1tGwMuC6A
Also tested with the browser emulator for multiple devices, the solution seems to work as expected.
Hi,
That is how the sticky menu is designed to appear, the goal would be to make the menu not so intrusive. You can choose not to use it, the setting is optional.
If you want to make modifications to it use the browser inspector to help you create custom code
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Search the forum for similar topics like this one
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sticky-menu/
I don’t think there are any plans to make modifications to this setting at the moment, as far as I know.
Thank you!
Hi,
The website you provided seems to be down at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eieydJ3H
If you could mention where exactly you want to make this change, it will be helpful. I will try to give you a solution if possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
Instagram made changes to their code, the fixes are mentioned in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/
Both fixes for the Instagram widget and social counter are provided there. These will be included in the next theme version.
Thanks
Hi,
Indeed the mentioned theme has been removed form sale and download. They can still keep using the theme further for the moment, there could be problems in the future after an WordPress update however.
I really could not say what the plans are with the ionMag theme in the future, if it will ever be available again.
For the social counter plugin the solution is mentioned in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-counter-and-instagram-problem/
Both these fixes caused by Instagram changing their code, will be included in the next theme update. But for the moment you can make these fixes and there will be no more problems.
@mohammed87 From what I can see both websites feature working weather widgets
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KXp8nCKmyug
@sbconle The Instagram in the footer is working form what I can see, note that is is not a live widget. There will be a delay for the images to be synchronized and displayed. This is meant to reduce the number of request to Instagram.

Hi,
That is highly unusual, the newsletter elements should be visible in the composer once installing and activating the plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2vgirrW8
Are you using the latest version of the theme and composer? Try deactivating all other plugins except theme plugins as a quick test. Check if this has any effect. Also check the theme system status parameters
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Insufficient resources can cause issues with the theme and plugins.
Thanks
