On pages you can create smart sidebars (sticky) like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Check the bottom part of the tutorial to see how you can create smart sidebars in pages. This would be the only way of doing this. Note that Adsense ads should not be used like this, it is considered a violation of their rules. Other ads could be used.
Hi,
I have checked the website you mention with that tool, the results are mentioning the result mobile friendly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/kj2fTcA8E
Among the issues that it detects despite the page being mobile friendly (which by the way are fewer or more each time I tested so the test would be inconclusive) there seem to be some plugin related problems, ad related, a couple of thumbnails and a few WordPress files
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CgphlUP9tpv
@birjitsaha There is no need to activate the WPBakery plugin bundled with the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Only if you have a purchased plugin you can activated with the provided license key. The plugin provided in the theme package does not need any activation. Please ignore the activation message.
Hi,
If you want to place a title on a page, there is an element for that
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SGJjhofVKi
This element has settings for a background color, also you can choose from a multitude of styles for it
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/
If this is not what you wanted, please try to provide more details for a better understanding.
Thanks
Hi,
That section will always be displayed when the required page template is selected. It’s settings are located here in the back-end
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fAhsHCTYFPpN
Or as you create the page with the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/DtzGB6Kx9V4
It can be disabled by selecting a different page template.
But the pagination should not provide 404 errors, try re-saving the permalinks in the WordPress settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/J2iFZcJGUJA
Clear all caching after doing this.
Thanks
Hi,
It could be the same issue mentioned in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
You could ask your hosting if the concatenate scripts is set to true. Let us know.
There was a refund period of 60 days I believe when purchasing the ionMag theme, we will refund the customers who ask for this within that period. If the refund period has expired they can contact us by email and we will present other options there.
That field cannot be translated by a theme setting, it will require you to modify a theme file, this one
– https://www.screencast.com/t/9j646SqRS
Hi,
I also have both latest version of the theme and the WPBakery page builder provided in it (5.4.5). I made some tests with the page builder
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cKtSyhrDGhQ
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Ei3t5mcGm
There were no issues as far as I can see. We did not find any similar issues in our tests. Maybe it is a conflict with an additional plugin. Try deactivating all other plugins except the page builder and theme plugins. Check if this has any effect. Let us know.
Hi,
All the header styles are predefined in terms of layout, so any modifications will most likely require custom code.
1. Header style 1 logo is already on the left side, while the header ad is on the right. It would be difficult to position the logo right in any way different while also maintaining responsiveness, the containers and design is predefined
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gWKG8xzPc
2. The only header styles that do not have a limit for the logo size, are header styles 9, 10 and 11, please see this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
The rest have required sizes for best results.
3. You could remove that space with a code like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4f2ap7eH
Custom CSS code can be entered in Theme panel->Custom code section
– https://pastebin.com/bq644WU3
It should not cause any issues if you use this code.
4. Try removing the news ticker and place it again on the page, there should not be such a big space around it. It should look like this
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/
5. You can set colors for the header main menu as you wish (background color, text color, hover color etc) in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NJz90WaXAT
6. That is the latest articles section, you can choose a different module
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7enpgmqjs0
Thank you!
So the sidebar ad code was causing the conflict. It must contain some code that affects the theme in some way. The theme supports other ads then Adsense
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
But some ad codes could cause issue like in this situation.
Thanks
Hi,
The theme blocks can display custom post types, but they cannot filter by taxonomy. They are created to work with default WordPress posts and categories, so the filtering will work only by category.
There are some modifications mentioned in these topic if you would like tot try and modify the theme files, but they might not work anymore
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/filter-blocks-by-custom-taxonomies/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/custom-taxonomy-or-custom-query-for-newspaper-blocks/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-taxonomy-filter-in-block-filter-settings/
Thanks
From what I can see the mobile logo you set is displayed on mobile
– https://www.screencast.com/t/HdcMrJEF
This one to be more exact
– https://www.martialartsentertainment.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/03/mae-header2-140×48-1.png
Try with a different phone or browser. It could be caching on the mobile browser.
Hi,
I have inspected the website you provided, but I don’t exactly know what to test. There is no logo set on the website, the default WordPress blog page is set containing only the default post
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fzBtJhcM
If you could provide some more details about what we should look for it would be very helpful.
Thanks
Most header styles have limits for the logo size, also the ad space is limited to the recommended Google Adsense sizes (728×90 for header)
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/17955?hl=en
If you use the recommended sizes there will be no problem, anything else will most likely require modifications.
Hi,
If you could mention what elements exactly you are referring to, it would be very helpful.
If you by any chance have both composers active, then there could be issues. If you use WPBakery page builder, deactivate the tagDiv composer.
Thanks
Hi,
The WP Super Cache is recommended to be used with the theme, other plugins or configurations can cause issues. To test page speed it is always recommended to first remove ads if possible, and deactivate all non-theme plugins. It also depends on the hosting provider.
The autooptimize plugin could cause issues with the mobile plugin, try disabling it and test again.
There are many guides you can follow here in the forum regarding page speed, provided by theme users who achieved great results. Some of theme here

Thanks
Hi,
The default is paragraph, that is how it is on default WordPress as well. When you want to create a post and start writing the default selected format is paragraph. If you want to use headings select them from the list.
Thanks
The number of posts displayed in an archive page is inherited from this WordPress setting
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fhKa5TUsa
You can select the module used and sidebar here, there are no pagination options however at the moment for archive pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VhhD8wumYHoH
Hi,
There are settings for the post content in the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/K0CZcrurJA
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Once a font is set there all the paragraphs should use it, overriding the default theme fonts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QJ9eeRpC64al
If you have set a desired font in the theme panel and it is not applying, please provide a link to your website where there is a problem and we will inspect it.
Thanks
Indeed, once clicked the modal will open, that can only be controlled by the arrows which appear. The modal cannot be controlled by sliding with your finger.
Thanks
Hi,
From what I can see that is achieved by setting custom classes to the logo, then using a custom code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zZzdZmX88
Basically that is an image, there are many effects that can be set for images, some examples here
– https://codepen.io/nxworld/pen/ZYNOBZ
You could try to make something similar if you want, for your website. Use the browser inspector tool to identify the theme elements and create custom code
– http://www.talkchelsea.net/
Thanks
Be sure to disable any browser extensions and clear the browser cache as well.
We tested on Safari as well, if you want us to test your website, please provide admin login by email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look. In all our tests there was no issue visually with the composer on Safari. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
That color set for the category tags is retrieved in this file, then used to color the category tags only, that is all it does at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/POaPfFfa
It will probably require many theme modifications to use that color for anything else, if even possible.
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried as well to upload an image with Bengali characters, the image is not uploaded properly, no image is displayed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RkbM2MOHA
This could be a limitation of WordPress, uploaded content with specific characters or symbols in their name swill not be uploaded properly. I tried a solution like this but it simply removes the characters (the image will be uploaded however)
Thanks
