Hi,
The theme licence can be used on one website according to Envato specifications. As long as the theme is installed and activated on only one website, there will be no problem.
The theme has an option to reset the activation in the theme system status, in case you want to switch domains or websites
– https://www.screencast.com/t/btzc7l24
So simply reset the key, install them theme in the new location and activate it again. There will be no problem in this case.
Please download the latest theme package (8.7.2) and install it. There were many fixes and improvements made in this version
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Remember to update the theme plugins as well.
Thanks
Hi,
By a theme option it is not possible, once entered in the theme panel the ads will be displayed at all times. If you want more control over the ads and more settings, you could try the Adrotate plugin. This plugin is recommended by theme users in similar topics. More information about the plugin here, if you would like to try

Thanks
I believe you are referring to the mobile top grid displayed on the mobile homepage. If you could mention what exactly you want to modify about it it would be helpful. The mobile theme does not have many customization settings, so it may require custom CSS code.
@arvileverson You can send us the admin login information by email at contact@tagdiv.com and we will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
We did not make any tests like that up to this moment, there could be online resources in the matter, you can check. Or consider using a different demo if you are worried this will affect SEO.
Hi,
It seems there is a container below the body tag that is picked by AMP as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/0mJpqmfZ
That is not coming from the theme if you want to display that on AMP pages as well, you might need to create custom design for it. The AMP plugin does not have a custom code section at the moment, so the customization will have to be added in the plugin cod itself.
Please try to create a logo with the recommended mobile size and check again
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EXrpvmMFJuP
This will be used on AMP pages.
That is the WordPress toolbar, theme has no control over that. Each user can enable/disable that in the WordPress settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/J3dD5B3y4a
That author name and date may not come form the theme, it seems to appear outside the website container. The theme will display author name and date on modules, if enabled
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
If you could provide a link to your website we will take a look. Could be a plugin that causes the issue.
Indeed on Facebook there was still the old maintenance status when sharing the website, a fresh scrape will pull new information
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TTzuWvPhA6eH
Try sharing the website again on Facebook, it should display new website information.
I have inspected the website, but I am not seeing the sliding you mention. I have browsed it for a while and I there is no such issue at the moment. Maybe I am misunderstanding something, please correct me.
Seems there is an embed, the last one, that does not work. The iframe is not rendered and it does not have a height for some reason
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZHC1yiG4KYU
Try removing it and pasting it again in the post content, you only need to paste the link, like this and the embed should be displayed properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Lfj81yny
Hi,
I have tested with three paragraphs and all article ads enabled.
Inline after 2 paragraphs – https://www.screencast.com/t/QLAfCqJY
After 3 paragraphs – https://www.screencast.com/t/K2z99sIElk
So they will both be displayed, inline and bottom. I will mention this as well to the developer team and they will take a look. Thank you for reporting this.
@alisamig That modification will affect all the post titles displayed on modules. Example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/revBk1RpdG
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5zMiICiKjQ
Make sure you are making the modification correctly if required for you and save it, then clear all caching and CDN if used. Inspect the result with the browser inspector.
Hi,
I have tested the same post you mention, there is no error anymore
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vRooh7BIzog
You could mark that as solved and monitor if it comes back.
Thanks
That would mean that there are limitation in your server configuration, an upload max size more exactly
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-413-request-entity-too-large-error-in-wordpress/
You can contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase the default value, they should be able to do that. The theme also has some requirements for the server once installed, like the guide mentiones
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hi,
The headings used for the post titles cannot be changed, there is no setting for that. It would require modifications in a theme file to change the heading of the titles for all the modules at once
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/h3-h1-tags/
Hi,
Thank you for your appreciation, please note that a new theme version was released (8.7.2) which contains many improvements, you can download the theme package and install it if you wish
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The changelog can be seen in the theme presentation page
– https://themeforest.net/item/newspaper/5489609
That setting for the category tag color will simply allow you to set a background color for the tag of the respective category, on post pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TgySWCuf33I
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pFdEXrFZ
While the other will hide the category tag of the respective category.
Thanks
The issue was quickly identified and fixed, the current theme package contains the fix for that problem. Simply re-install the theme and install it. Nothing will be lost, but as always make a full backup before just to be safe
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Maybe I am misunderstanding something, if you want to display ads on AMP pages, first go to Theme panel->AMP->Ads
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gFONH95j
Enter the Adsense ads in the locations you want them to appear as shown, and there should be no problem.
Hi,
Please specify what exactly you want to modify about embedding, for a better understanding.
There is a smart sidebar setting in the theme panel that you can use
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Once enabled the sidebars will remain in view as you scroll down the page. Note that this settings should not be used if you have Adsense ads in the sidebars.
That would be a complex task to realize, but surely there are methods to detect screen size then somehow based on it create cases and serve the content you want. I could not say hoe something like that is actually made, maybe there is more information online.
Make sure you have selected social networks in the sharing section
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c1Tgzf0DRUP
Also note that there are 2 sharing sections, top and bottom of the post
– https://www.screencast.com/t/eCbe0OIFX
That could be what’s happening, I see you have enabled the bottom sharing and checking the top sharing. Enable the top sharing as well, if you want to display it. If you already enabled the top sharing and there is a problem, please provide a link to your website sop we can take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
That is a big grid and those are all articles, all the big grids and blocks will only display articles. That is what these elements are created and designed to do. At the moment the category pages can only be customized in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-category-settings-work/
There are plans to change the category page functionality in the future. But the main point is that grids and blocks will only display posts, not banners (ads)
Pages can be created in any way you want, there are many elements in the tagDiv composer and also added by the multi-purpose plugin. On pages you can also place ads, in category pages there is no option at the moment (except ads in the sidebar).
Thanks
Hi,
I have browsed your website for a while and for me the website is loading fast
– https://www.screencast.com/t/fh6Zo1CLqOPT
There are no errors on the pages, the website is loading fast. I see you using the latest theme version, which contains many improvements over the previous version. You can try to optimize the website further if you want to, there are many guides in the matter here on the forum, such as these
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/
Thanks
Hi,
So the issues happened at some point, before there was no problem. Maybe something has been done at that point which caused the problem. Either a plugin being installed, code entered in theme files or other modifications. Try deactivating all plugins, leave only theme plugins active, the theme and theme plugins should work properly.
You can also update to 8.7.2 the latest theme version. As always make a backup before. Download the theme package again and update
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Remember to update theme plugins as well, especially the composer (version 2.1)and multi-purpose plugin (version 2.0). That issue sounds like the the multi-purpose plugin is not active, that would be why those elements have disappeared.
Let us know the results, or if you have problems of any kind.
Thanks
