Hi,

1. The smart list seems to work fine, it worked when I was creating that code as well, also I see these ads in the content https://prnt.sc/ucs5zx

2. The font settings for the post content are in the theme panel https://prnt.sc/ucs6rt
In case there is no setting for what you would like to change, let me know what that is exactly.

1. All the theme modules can display the category tag. Please check in the theme panel and enable them https://prnt.sc/ucs7zk

2. Bring it where exactly? That is the block pagination, each block can display a few pagination styles https://prnt.sc/ucs8s4 The pagination is available for block widgets in sidebars as well https://prnt.sc/ucs9my -> https://prnt.sc/ucs9jm

3. That is not possible unfortunately. The theme doesn’t have an ad spot for the post loop that is displayed in the category page. Besides the header/footer/sidebar ads there would be no other ad spot created specially for the category pages.

4. The email address in the footer https://prnt.sc/ucsbjt will use the theme accent color set in the theme panel https://prnt.sc/ucsbtp -> https://prnt.sc/ucsbzh
I see that is not happening in your case. Note that this other setting will override the accent color https://prnt.sc/ucsd1f Set it to default of you want the theme accent color to be used.

5. You could try this plugin for example https://wordpress.org/plugins/ewww-image-optimizer/ There are many others as well.

6. What warnings have you received exactly? From what I know the super cache should work fine with the theme, it is the plugin we recommend. You could however use other caching plugins, make tests with them.

7. The theme has the more articles box https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-more-articles-box/ There are a few settings for it in the theme panel.
The more articles box does not slide posts, and does not have a read more button. There is a choice of modules but that functionality is not available.
I can’t say from the screenshot if that is indeed the more articles box, with modifications made to it, or a section implemented through a plugin.

Thank you!

Hi,

Maybe the settings made in the theme panel are not being saved for some reason. If you disabled those, they should not be displayed anymore in the post page.

The quickest way to check would be to provide admin login for the website, you can send them by email at contact@tagdiv.com. We will investigate the problem as soon as possible.

Thank you!

Hi,

A link to the website would be very helpful, so I can inspect it and try to find out from where exactly does that space comes from, with the browser inspector. Please provide a link to where I can see it.

Thank you!

Hi,

So you would like to enter an ad code in the header file and in the footer file? What are the exact requirements for the ads? Maybe the theme panel header and footer code can be used instead https://prnt.sc/ubgh2l
If they are required to be entered directly in the files, that depends. Are you using the standard pack plugin or not.

If you use the standard pack plugin, the header and footer files that are used are in it
https://prnt.sc/ubgip4

If you are not using the standard pack plugin, the header and footer files that are used are in the composer plugin https://prnt.sc/ubgjfk

Thank you!

Hi,

From what I know the theme keeps only a table in the database for storing the theme panel settings, in the wp-options, called td_011. But that would be all.
Are you seeing something like this? https://wordpress.org/support/topic/table-wp_posts-sense-of-the-column-guid/

Hi,

From what I know at the moment there aren’t such vulnerabilities in the theme that we have identified or where reported.
The last fix was in update 10.3.6 https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/ -> https://prnt.sc/ubg8zf

Are you using the latest theme version? If you do, please let us know some more details about it if possible. With what tool are you scanning that identifies an issue with the theme, and what it detects exactly.

Let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

Please try what is suggested here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unable-to-edit-page-with-the-tag-div-composer/
Reinstall the composer, clear the browser cache and check again.

Thank you!

Hi,

The mobile theme homepage will always be displayed when the mobile theme is active, if the homepage is not excluded from the mobile theme however, that can be done like this https://prnt.sc/ubg67n
So you could exclude the homepage from the mobile theme, and display the desktop page instead. The option is available for pages and posts.

The mobile homepage will show a top grid which has these settings https://prnt.sc/ubg4gy
Below that there will be a latest articles section which has these settings https://prnt.sc/ubg4xq

Thank you!

Hi,

A link to the website would have been very helpful.

Maybe the Instagram section is not coming from the theme panel footer setting. Are you using a cloud footer template?

Please edit for example the homepage with the composer, scroll down and see if you can remove the Instagram section from the footer.

Cloud footer templates have to be edited in the composer, only from there you can add/remove/customize footer elements from the template.

Let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

While editing the header template in the composer, please select the mobile header in the header manager https://prnt.sc/ubfx3k

The mobile header zone settings will appear on the left, in the CSS tab check if there is a margin bottom of 35px set there https://prnt.sc/ubfy5i
If there is, remove it.

Let me know.

Thank you!

Hi,

That is the infinite load for posts. Please edit the cloud post template with the composer and disable it if you do not want to use it
https://prnt.sc/ubfu3j -> https://prnt.sc/ubftij

Hi,

So this issue did not happen before, only after updating. The fastest way to try and identify the cause of the issue is to send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website as well as admin access. We will log in and investigate.

Thank you!

Hi,

I believe you have also sent us an email, I provided some guides you could check, in the email.

Hi,

They are supposed to make things easier and more intuitive, but based on what you mention they are more complicated now in some aspects. While the classic editor is an alternative to Gutenberg, the latter does have way more capabilities to create and design the posts. We will just have to get used to how it works now, and in the future, as it will surely get modified/improved again.

Thank you!

Hi,

Is that a post page? In the post page there is a related articles section, that will show posts that have at least one category/tag in common with the current post, automatically.

Widgets from the sidebar like blocks for example, won’t exclude the current post, so it may appear there. Blocks display the same content regardless of where they are placed, in a page or in a sidebar for posts. So they won’t exclude posts automatically when they are displayed in a post page.

Maybe this feature will be added in the future, I can’t say for sure.

Hi,

Those are simple CSS codes, they cannot cause problems such as 404 errors for your posts. That is impossible. For that you could try and re-save the permalinks in the WordPress settings, if it still happens https://prnt.sc/ubae6c

The codes will work fine, and they will do what you want, both of them. You are adding them correctly in the theme panel, and there are no other steps to take.

Hi,

For me it seems to load the first time I access a post page from your website, no need to refresh the page https://prnt.sc/uba9tn By the time I scroll down to the button it is there, it seems to load with a small delay, but it is loaded. I checked about 10 posts, it is the same in all of them at the moment, the button seems to load from the start, no need to refresh the page.

Hi,

Seems there is a problem accessing the video by that link https://prnt.sc/uavstq

A link to the website would be more helpful, so we can inspect the header. Please provide one if possible.

Hi,

That from what I know is obsolete https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/marquee and should not be used anymore.

Why exactly would you want to add it in the news ticker? The news ticker is an element created by us to display posts from the website https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/news-ticker/ It already features a scrolling functionality as it can be seen.

Thank you!

Hi,

It depends on what exactly you are changing in the theme panel. Pro demos are entirely built with the composer, most theme panel settings will have no effect on the elements that are displayed, the customization has to be done in the composer.

Please mention what you would like to change and we will help. Also provide an example of the custom CSS you are using. A link to the website will be helpful as well.

Thank you!

Hi,

All the rows in the composer have a width setting https://prnt.sc/uavabl Initially they are set to default when adding them in pages/templates but some demos use that setting to allow a wider content.

You can use the setting to set a narrower width, if the header template you are using is initially wider. Edit it with the composer and choose from the available widths https://prnt.sc/uavd2k

Hi,

A link to the website would have been helpful. That issue in most cases is related to the caching used. What caching are you using? We recommend the super cache with these settings https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ The super cache has a dedicated setting for using a mobile theme.

If it is not possible to use the super cache, check if the cache plugin you are using has any similar settings, for using a mobile theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

Seems to be the same, with your key it is not working, with mine it is working. It must be something wrong with it. Please delete the key and create another one exactly as mentioned inn the guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/youtube-api-key/ That is how I created my key for testing, and it works correctly every time, including on your website.

Thank you!
