Hi,

Try as a test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, and clear any installed caching. Then create a new page and try to edit it with the tagDiv composer.
Do not try to edit pages previously created with Visual composer.
Please let us know the results.

Thanks

Hi,

The post views setting needs to be enabled in order for the popular sorting to work. When there is caching installed, the ajax view count needs to be enabled.
I don’t understand what exactly you want to do about this setting. Maybe you could provide additional details.

Thanks

Hi,

There seems to be a huge padding set on the video element
https://www.screencast.com/t/dDXt5cvp8iwi
You could try as a quick fix a code like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/IDC6dQsiLZZ
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS and check if it works. If you have caching installed, clear it after entering the code

.fluid-width-video-wrapper {
padding-top: 392px!important;
}

Visual composer can be used for posts, but this is not recommended. It should be only used on pages
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
The tagDiv composer is a front-end page editor and can be used for pages only
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
In future updates more options and elements will be added to this editor exclusively, not for Visual composer.

Hi,

You could search for customization services here
https://studio.envato.com/
I could not make any particular suggestions, but there it is most likely you will find the services you require.

Hi,

You could maybe create a condition where the sidebar is called, to not display it on the shop page only
https://www.screencast.com/t/CKWIy0y5LS5
Try something like this and see if it works
https://www.screencast.com/t/9NR8zcdv9eK
Or maybe you could hide the sidebar with some CSS on the shop page only
https://www.screencast.com/t/P209TUSDi
Try this code

.post-type-archive .td-main-sidebar {
display: none!important;
}

Hi,

In those posts it is not happening anymore, but there are others where it is
https://www.screencast.com/t/PCaVCqm2
https://www.screencast.com/t/LL7VO2hKxh
What I meant was to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins including the mobile theme, leave that active. Everything should work properly after this, usually plugins are the cause for this kind of problems. Or maybe if there have been modifications to the theme files directly.
The mobile theme plugin is optional, you could simply deactivate it as well. The main theme is fully responsive and will adapt the website for every device.

Hi,

The website is custom made by the design team. I cannot provide you with the styling that is used for it, if that is what you are asking. You can inspect it if you want to see in detail how it is made, with the browser inspector
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Please note that more elements and options will be added to the tagDiv composer in future updates, something similar to the design of the post template you mention could be implemented as well. I could not say for sure however.

Hi,

There are items that are affected when both editors are active. Each editor has it’s own functionality for some elements, and this could create problems on the front-end. If you used Visual composer to build your website, deactivate the tagDiv composer for the moment.
The transition to the tagDiv composer is meant to be as easy as possible, and they do share some similarities to make this happen.
Please note that the new page editor may not have at the moment elements that are available or specific to Visual composer. More will be added in future updates however.

Hi,

The Big grids and Full big grids need to be placed on a full row in order to be displayed. Placing them in any other row layouts will result in a warning message and the grid will not be displayed
https://www.screencast.com/t/s1izB2yWfb2

Please correct me if I misunderstand.

Hi,

It seems none of the theme styling for bbpress is applying. A suggestion that you could try would be to deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins and bbpress and clear any installed caching. Then check if the forum page is displaying properly.
I could give you a code to fix these two issues, but there might be others at a later time
https://www.screencast.com/t/ccuh8QXGchiW
The theme will use it’s own styling for the bbpress elements, but they are not applying here. It could be the optimization plugin or a maybe a different one that is casing the issue. Try what is mentioned above and check the results.

Hi,

I believe that code must be entered in the theme header file

Hi,

You can choose from the available widgets. A specific widget to display related articles does not exist. On the post page there is a related articles section displayed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles/
Please note that you can create any number of sidebars you wish. A sidebar can be set manually on a post
https://www.screencast.com/t/k4GzJXMc
Or by setting a primary category, all the posts that have a primary category set will display the sidebar from that category
https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
So you could either create sidebars for each post or set a primary category. In the sidebar for example you can insert a block and filter the content to display posts from the category you choose and sort them as well
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Hi,

Maybe this is a misunderstanding. The pages that need to be recreated are pages created with Visual composer. If you had any previous pages like that, these will have to be recreated.
If you installed a demo, you do not have to make any modification to the pages. Simply install the demo and customize it further or begin adding your own content if you installed it with content (logos, categories, menus etc)
Here is a tutorial about block settings that is very useful
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/
Please let us know if you have any further questions or need help at any point.

Hi,

Please note that the mobile theme will probably not display properly or at all advanced and complex elements like that. It would be best if you would deactivate the mobile theme plugin and use the default responsiveness of the theme. This mobile plugin is optional, the main theme is fully capable of displaying properly on all devices.

Hi,

I see you have managed to change the background color for the menu on mobile, to white as you wanted. That can be done in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/vuqdE4Gfs
More settings are available in the same section for the mobile menu colors.
There is no setting to make the logo display like you want, above the menu bar. The logo is part of the menu container along with the menu
https://www.screencast.com/t/p0P3OfrujThat could only be done with custom code or modifications to the theme files.

Hi,

The theme activation key can be reset in theme system status, and then used on a new location if that is what you mean
https://www.screencast.com/t/CEFH7vSP
If you mean the Envato license, this is the official documentation
https://themeforest.net/licenses/faq#license-transferable-a
Also a forum discussion on the Envato page

Hi,

You could do that by modifying the header style template file. This template file can be found here
https://www.screencast.com/t/zBpb1ePuI6
Opening the template you can see the structure of the header and the elements. Try and re-position the header ad foe example, above the main header menu
https://www.screencast.com/t/74hkcihy8ss
https://www.screencast.com/t/jy5bZKe4XV
https://www.screencast.com/t/XePVZhu5Q4
These modifications to the header files can be made through a child theme as well.

Hi,

Here you can see the required logo sizes for each header style
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
Notice that Header styles 9, 10 and 11 do not have a limit for the logo image. You can use any logo size that you wish and it will be displayed in full
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
For the top menu you can set a background color in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/IlZumBwMa0
Please correct me if I misunderstood something and provide more details for more accurate answers.

Hi,

There is no option to disable the comment when using the mobile theme. However you could make a small modification in the theme and remove them from the post page on mobile. Comment or remove this line of code from this file
https://www.screencast.com/t/o426OMatf0
https://www.screencast.com/t/ZP0myqMNg
This will remove the comments from the post page when using the mobile theme. Or you can enter a code like this in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS section

.single .comments {
display: none;
}

If you are not using the mobile theme plugin, this setting from the theme panel will disable the comment for the post page
https://www.screencast.com/t/1viE3zUtK

Hi,

The theme is fully tested and works properly. It does not contain any malware or redirects to other websites. Only use the theme downloaded from themeforest not from other sources, like Chris mentioned. If you checked the database with the security solutions provided by Chris, install the theme again and see if the problem is still happening
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Remove all other plugins except the ones that come with the theme, in the theme package. Do not use any custom code in the theme panel or directly in the theme files. Do not activate any child theme you might have.

Thanks

Hi,

There is no easy way to do this with CSS. The containers have fixed widths and all the elements depend on that fixed width. It could be done with strong code, but it may affect other elements.
Try adding a code like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/OtAd9AgSmS

.bbp-pagination {
clear: both;
}
#bbp-search-form {
width: 1068px;
margin-left: -1068px;
}

I believe you should use these codes in the Advanced CSS desktop section, so it will apply only on desktop. These modifications may not work properly on other devices.

Thanks

Hi,

There are many ways in which you could improve the design. Using the tagDiv composer you can achieve many layouts, you just need to have some inspiration or create unique designs
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
These are all the blocks that are available with the composer (use selection on the right)
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/
These are all the Big grids and Full big grids, each with many styles available
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/full-big-grid-1/
The rows and blocks can have background colors or images, the columns as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/A9ZriAPyjtWv
Use the theme color settings to add some color to the website
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-colors-introduction/
If there is no setting for what you need, create your own custom code and use in in the theme panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Here you can see some showcases of other websites, each with their own
http://tagdiv.com/newspaper-showcase/
