Hi,

That is not possible with the mobile theme plugin. The only way of displaying blocks and other page editor elements on mobile, is to deactivate the mobile theme. The mobile theme is designed to be as light as possible, it will not display these elements.

Thanks

Hi,

In that section all your categories should be displayed and ready for selection. Make sure you select the proper settings in the same menu
https://www.screencast.com/t/1gHIvHiL
If you have any categories and posts, they should be displayed there
https://www.themepunch.com/revslider-doc/slider-setup/#contentsource
Check the theme system status as well, and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins. You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you if needed.

Thanks

Hi,

The favicon that is displayed should be the one you upload in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/oFxygupW
Upload the one you want and clear all caching installed and browser cache.

Hi,

On blocks and modules the date can be disabled here
https://www.screencast.com/t/AScVLzjc27
The setting you mention will disable it on the post page only.

Thanks

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Deactivate all your plugins except the ones provided with the theme, and clear any caching installed. Then try updating your post again, and see if the error is still displayed.
You could also contact your hosting and present the situation to them, they might be able to provide a solution if this is server related.

Thanks

Hi,

Usually plugins cause this kind of problems. I suggest you try as a test to deactivate all your plugins except theme plugins, and clear the cache. Then create a test post, set a featured video to it and check if it displays the proper image on the homepage.
I don’t know what to say about that caching plugin, we have not had many reports about it either way. The recommended aching plugin is the WP Super Cache
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
It could be the one that is causing this, deactivate it as well and see if everything is working right. The featured image that is created from the video should be the one used on pages, not a different tone form the library.

Hi,

From your screenshot I see that the text editor has the options you mention, but maybe the problem is that you cannot use them. If you reverted to a previous version of the theme, use the Visual composer version that is provided with that theme version.
Try deactivating and deleting the current version, and install that one. It should work properly. Please let us know if there is still a problem.

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then check if the theme panel is saving properly. If you still have problems, press F12 in the theme panel to access the browser inspector and go to the console tab. Check if there are any errors while saving settings in the panel.

Thanks

Hi,

This is happening because ten logo you are using is not of the recommenced size, for that header style
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
The sizes are calculated for each header style, if you do not use them the header may not display properly. Also the logo has a custom size, and it simply cannot fit in the available size
https://www.screencast.com/t/rEOEPagUuWq
https://www.screencast.com/t/Il3CaxMVD
You could use the menu stretch option in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/dChdoDhUa
Then the logo and menu should be displayed on the same line.

Thanks

Hi,

The first step would be to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, then clear any caching installed. Check if the warning is still displayed in the same situations. IF it isn’t that means that a plugin is responsible. Enable them one at a time and possibly identify the one that is causing the issue.
Check any modifications you might have made to the theme files directly. Also make sure the wp-debug is set to false

Hi,

The comments file for the mobile theme is located in the mobile folder, if that is what you are asking
https://www.screencast.com/t/DuT3z585y4
Please consider making a backup before starting the modifications.

Hi,

I don’t think I understand what you mean or what you are trying to do exactly. There is no parallax setting for the header and footer sections. Maybe I am misunderstanding this.

Hi,

There should be no problem in using the Revolution slider. If you updated the theme to version 8, please update the plugins as well including the revolution slider. Deactivate it and delete it, then install the new one from the latest theme package.
In Newspaper 8 the tagDiv composer was introduced
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
If you use Visual composer deactivate the TagDiv composer from the plugins section, this is activated by default when the theme is updated or installed for the first time.
If you want to use the new editor, you must recreate all the pages with it
https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
Also check the theme system status and see if the parameters mentioned in this guide are set properly
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This will ensure the proper functionality of the theme and plugins.
Then try placing the revolution slider on the page you want. If the page was built with Visual composer use it to place the slider. Do not edit pages built with one editor, with the other.
If you still have problems please provide more details, and maybe some screenshots if possible so we can understand better and help you.

Hi,

Please try this code, remove the one previously entered
https://www.screencast.com/t/ruWVhzBrjNE
https://www.screencast.com/t/CphBYgd2
It should make the button the color you want, and retain the hover color

.woocommerce .product a.button {
background: red;
}
.woocommerce a.button {
background-color: red;
}

Hi,

I believe traffic drops are a common issue with websites, and they may be temporary. The cause can be many factors as well. Try analyzing the issue further, use this guide for example
https://blog.kissmetrics.com/diagnosing-traffic-drops-using-google-analytics/
Try to identify what exactly is the cause for the problem. There are some similar topics on the forum here that you could read
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/google-analytics-reporting-drop-in-traffic-after-updating-to-6/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/eye-opener-and-advice/
Update the theme using this guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Verify the analytics code in the theme panel to be set properly, and monitor the development over a period of time. Check if everything works and displays properly after the update.

Hi,

You can add custom classes to block by default, but not to modules
https://www.screencast.com/t/9dUZWlT7bE
Some blocks contain one type of module, and others a combination of different modules.
Maybe you can make your customization using the custom class that is possible to use for blocks.

Thanks

Hi,

For the Latest articles section you can change the module in the page edit screen
https://www.screencast.com/t/LPNN0kYZIHD
Even in the composer while editing the page

Hi,

If you use the mobile theme plugin, you can display a different menu than on desktop version. A mobile section will appear in the theme panel when the plugin is active, and you can set the mobile menu there
https://www.screencast.com/t/9iLfhKuJym
More information about the mobile theme here

Hi,

There is no option to do that. That is how it is supposed to work. It would require modifications to the theme js files and it may not be so easy.

Hi,

The problem was with the file name path in the functions file of the mobile theme. It should have been like this

Hi,

Make the modification in all 4 cases in both files as instructed and it should work. This is a product page and I have made the mentioned modifications in the child theme as well
https://www.screencast.com/t/HjQlbqSdBy
The logo redirects to the shop page. Clear all caching after making the modifications.

Hi,

A background cannot be set only for posts, it can be set in general. You could use the primary category setting. If you set a primary category for posts, all the posts form that category will inherit the background set for that particular category
https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
The article content is always white, it could only be changed with custom code. Extra container cannot be created, that would require serious modifications to the theme files.
You could use the browser inspector to identify the elements on the page and the classes used to create custom code
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
So you can use the primary category to make the posts inherit the background color of the category, and use the border shadow code provided, or modify it as you wish.

Hi,

Please make sure you have updated the Woocommerce plugin as well. Try using the page installer again to recreate the pages
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
Check the official documentation of Woocommerce for more useful information
https://docs.woocommerce.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/getting-started/
