Hi,

For me it does not happen. I do not see the problem you are having
This in on Chrome
https://www.screencast.com/t/h9Cvk6LqgQz
This is on Firefox
https://www.screencast.com/t/gntt8ecgiYb
And on Internet explorer

Hi,

You can make the changes in the child theme, if you are using one. Files from the footer folder can be customized through a child theme

Hi,

You will first have to import the demo you want
https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
Select the categories from which the slider will pick post
https://www.screencast.com/t/xTHqkjf5LHFZ
Then simply place the slider on the page you want
https://www.screencast.com/t/59a7PRFPv
https://www.screencast.com/t/SP7mEwkGB7Eq
https://www.screencast.com/t/lyssnJXx
There should be no problem if you configure it properly, the Revolution slider is a very complex plugin with a lot of options.

Hi,

@llucson
Please try and deactivate the tagDiv composer and delete it. Then install it again from the them package. Then test while having only plugins from the theme active.
If there is still a problem, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information so we can take a look. Maybe we can identify what is causing this issue.
Also paste a link to this topic in your email.

Thanks

Hi,

You should only use the theme primary category settings for posts, the one you mention is added there by the SEO plugin probably
https://www.screencast.com/t/aRp9AGAKN8P
The post settings section is still there and it has not been removed, check if it is enabled in the screen options

Hi,

It seems I tested on a different grid, sorry about that. Try adding !important in the code like this and it should work fine

Hi,

This is unusual indeed. The problem is only on that specific post, I could not find others in this situation. If a plugin is not responsible and you have no custom code in the theme panel or added directly to the theme files, then everything should work properly.
You could try a theme re-install by FTP, if possible
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Consider making a backup before, just to be safe.
There does not seem to be anything specific on that post, that could be causing this.

Hi,

You could use Visual composer on posts, but it is not officially recommended. The composer is only meant to be used on pages in the theme documentation
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
There may be problems if you use it on posts, but you can keep using it if is absolutely necessary and you used it before.

Hi,

Those thumbnails are created automatically by WordPress and the theme and maybe plugins. I believe the WordPress thumbnails could be disabled by entering 0 in all the fields here
https://www.screencast.com/t/TuA5kKokEV
The thumbnails created by the theme can be disabled in the Theme panel for the ones you do not need to use
https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-thumbs/

Hi,

If you mean the avatars here on the forum, that is simply a border radius set on the default avatar image
https://www.screencast.com/t/DiOAju4PicJH
This forum is custom made with bbpress
https://codex.bbpress.org/getting-started/
You could style the forum further with CSS, maybe try codes like this
https://codex.bbpress.org/bbpress-styling-crib/
Or create your own code, using the browser inspector to identify the elements and classes
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Hi,

In the theme there is no option to remove the menus, after the users are logged in. One the menus are set they will be displayed regardless of user login state. Something like this would have to be created custom with code in the theme files, or like you say with a plugin.
I could not make any plugin recommendation unfortunately, you will have to search for plugins and try them, until you find one that could do this.

Hi,

I have inspected your website for a while, but I do not see modules without thumbnails. Video posts with featured videos are displayed properly for the ones I can find
https://www.screencast.com/t/fLUIKPpTvybs
Check the theme system status and make modifications to the WordPress and server parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Then check again and see if there still is a problem with the featured video.

Thanks

Hi,

I have inspected your website and the YouTube playlist, but I see no problem with it at the moment

The videos and the playlist work properly from what I can see.

Hi,

I have made some tests with the super cache active, and the changes are saving and are displayed properly for me. I have configured the cache like this for the test
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Try making your custom changes and clear the cache after making them, if they are not reflected.

Hi,

All the thumbnails created are located in the uploads folder, in your WordPress install. If you want to remove them manually you can do it there
http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/where-does-wordpress-store-images-on-your-site/
Please correct me if I misunderstand.

Hi,

Hi,

If you mean the post view counter, from what I can see on your website you do not have post views enabled in the theme panel
https://www.screencast.com/t/DYY8fIF1nTf
Then the view counter will be displayed in the post page
https://www.screencast.com/t/uQyB4bb0cy

Hi,

Please deactivate all plugins except the ones provided with the theme as a test, and clear any caching installed. Then check to see if the problem is fixed.
Also check the settings in Yoast SEO and the author archives

Hi,

It should work, just install it normally from the theme package, plugins folder
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/
Then import the demo slide you like
https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/
There are multiple ways of installing a plugin that you can try

Hi,

Updating the theme will not remove your theme panel settings, or custom code from the theme panel. You can always make backups to the theme panel settings like this
https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
This is a guide to help you with the update, the FTP method is usually recommended
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
You can also make full backups, it is safer this way just in case something goes wrong.

Thanks

Hi,

You could enter it in a simple text element, and see if it displays properly. Follow the plugin installation suggestions closely and check the results.

Hi,

It could be a child theme that is causing this error. Code from the child theme might need adjustment for the new theme version. Try disabling it and see if the error is still present.
Also if you use Visual composer try disabling the tagDiv composer, or the other way around and check if this has any effect.

Thanks

Hi,

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the parameters mentioned in this guide, if necessary
https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This might be the cause for the theme and plugins to not function properly. It could also be a plugin conflict. Try as a test to temporarily disable all plugins except the tagDiv composer and theme plugins and clear any caching installed. Then test to see if it works as intended.

Thanks

https://www.screencast.com/t/WSi6wp4k
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused for you. Please let us know if you have any further problems with the mobile theme.

Thank you!
