Hi,
Is that happening even for new pages? Usually the error may appear if you are trying to edit a page that was not built entirely with the tagDiv composer, or it contains elements that are not part of the composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
If the error appears even for new pages, then it could be caused by plugins. Try as a quick test to deactivate all non-theme plugins. Then check if the problem is solved.
In case it remains, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Include a link to this topic in the email. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
At the moment we don’t have a theme customization/modification department unfortunately. our developer team is constantly working on adding new features, improving the theme etc there simply is no time for additional services. Sorry for the inconvenience.
You could consider using a freelancer for theme modifications – https://studio.envato.com/
Thanks
Hi,
The tagDiv composer doesn’t have a backend editor. It is a front-end editor only
– https://tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-page-builder-basics/
Please specify some more details about the issue you are having, for a better understanding. Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
When the mobile theme plugin is active there will be a latest articles section indeed, at the bottom of the page.
At the top of the page there will be a grid with 3 featured posts. The top grid with 3 posts will appear if you add posts to the featured category
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
More about the mobile theme here – https://tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-automatic-optimization-for-mobile-newspaper-theme/
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
With Facebook in the social counter there is currently an issue we are aware of, YouTube should work fine however.
There is a fix for Facebook we can provide for the time being, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel of FTP.
We will check the social counter and also the issue you mention with the social links (mention where we can see this exactly). Also please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t quite understand what you mean, AMP doesn’t have translation settings. Please provide some more details about it, if there is a problem I will make a note of it. let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
So the problem is happening only in Firefox? Because I checked with it, all the images seem to load fine for me – http://prntscr.com/nmqrx1 I refreshed the page multiple times.
I use this version of Firefox – http://prntscr.com/nmqttg
Maybe try and clear the cache of the browser and check again. Or check in a different computer if possible.
Thanks
Are you sure you have entered a valid auto ad code in the theme panel? It should be as the example seen in the screenshot from above. All that is required is to enter that code in the auto ads field.
Form what I can see there are no ads appearing on the AMP posts, it should take a small period of time before they appear.
Hi,
Maybe you recently installed a plugin, plugins are the number one cause of problems. Try as a quick test to deactivate all non-theme plugins, check if the problem is solved.
If it remains, we could take a look. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
Is that the Gutenberg element media and text block? If it is, you can use the option it provides for mobile – http://prntscr.com/nmq7ud
That will stack the image and the text on mobile.
Thanks
Hi,
The menu on mobile is limited to a drop-down style menu. So for example while The “Fashion” menu item on desktop is a mega-menu with sub-categories
– http://prntscr.com/nmpscu
On mobile it will be a simple drop-down type menu – http://prntscr.com/nmpslo
There would be no settings to change this functionality, it works automatically.
If there is a problem with the mobile menu, I could take a look. Post a link to the website and I will check it on mobile. Or in case I misunderstand something please correct me.
Thanks
Hi,
@hifurnishr We can take a look at it, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access, also cPanel will be helpful. Mention how we can recreate the problem you are having. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
@kgudahl There is a way, it will require that you edit the button elements files. Those are here
– http://prntscr.com/nmpkbi
Depending on the style the button uses, edit the appropriate file and add the nofollow attribute like in this example – http://prntscr.com/nmpojh – http://prntscr.com/nmpodf
– http://prntscr.com/nmporm
We will try to add an option for this in coming updates. Sorry for the inconvenience. Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
I see it now, seems the category is there but hidden when using a cloud post template related articles element and the hide category setting.
To remove it completely would require that you edit the responsible module file in the cloud library plugin – http://prntscr.com/nmp81h
Only by removing the code the links will not actually load.
Hi,
Please note that due to the previous warnings regarding the support period we will no longer to help you with your support request. Please understand our position and extend your support, or we will be required to block your access to this forum.
Thank you for understanding.
Hi,
If the Adsense account is approved the ads should appear
– https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/1722120
– https://support.google.com/adsense/troubleshooter/7049023
I could take a look as well, please post a link to the website if possible.
Thanks
If you disable the tag for the related articles module as well, there would be no link the category page – http://prntscr.com/nmeb4q I could be missing something however. Let me know if I do.
Hi,
I could give you a code to remove that space, it will be like this
– http://prntscr.com/nme210
You can enter it in the theme panel->custom code->CSS section
.td-header-style-11 .td-logo-wrap-full {
min-height: 90px;
line-height: 90px;
}
.td-header-style-11 .td-logo-wrap-full .td-logo {
line-height: 90px;
}
The shadow you mention is actually an image, the color can’t be changed for it. How exactly would you like it to be? I could try and modify it’s size. Let me know.
You could also check out some cloud header templates
– https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
These can be edited with the tagDiv composer and customized. You can import each one with the cloud library plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Or you can build your own header starting from a blank template
– http://prntscr.com/nme4cc – http://prntscr.com/nme4h6
The predefined header styles don’t have any settings, the cloud headers offer more flexibility.
Thanks
If the URLs will be the same there would be no problem. So the website should have the same address and the permalinks set the same.
It would be basically like moving the website, so you could check some guides in the matter – https://help.one.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005585969-Move-your-WordPress-site-to-another-domain
– https://www.quicksprout.com/the-simple-guide-to-moving-your-wordpress-site-to-a-new-domain/
Hi,
We could take a look, on our end everything works fine with WordPress 5.2 including using Gutenberg to edit/create posts.
Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access so we can investigate.
Thanks
Hi,
There are font settings for most modules, but currently there is an issue when setting the font properties for full grid modules (actual font should work).
The full grid 10 you are using for that category page is made of 2 modules, modules mx19 (bigger module) and mx25 (smaller modules) – http://prntscr.com/nmccap
I can provide you with a code for each module, so you will be able to modify the font size for the time being, for example – http://prntscr.com/nmcew2
You can change the values as needed. Sorry for the inconvenience
– https://pastebin.com/dFXJy4aX
Thanks
Hi,
If you don’t want the category pages to be indexed, Yoast has a setting for it
– http://prntscr.com/nmbzap
This should work properly, and category pages should not be indexed.
To not show links to category pages at all times anywhere, it may take some work I believe. You could disable the category tags for all the modules in the theme panel. This will not hide them, they won’t be loaded at all
– http://prntscr.com/nmc45e
Then hide them all in the theme panel per category settings – http://prntscr.com/nmc4bq
Here hide means they won’t be loaded, not hidden but loaded.
Also you would have to remove the breadcrumbs, there will be category links there as well.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be unusual, what you enter in the content of a page will appear only in that page. Some examples of what exactly you are doing would be helpful, and links if possible.
It may happen if you maybe enter the slide in the header zone, instead of the content zone. Make sure you place it in a row in the content of the page
– http://prntscr.com/nmbxos
Let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
I see the mobile header like this – http://prntscr.com/nmauvl
If you want to change the colors, the settings are here – http://prntscr.com/nmav35
So when the mobile theme plugin is active, it will have it’s own color settings in Theme panel->Mobile theme.
I checked a post from your website, to see if the twitter share button appears. For me it appears in both android phones with Chrome and iphones with Safari. It is unusual if it wouldn’t appear in some iphones, maybe it is a caching issue.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems to not apply indeed, the “Android” category still uses a default category template, template 1 I believe – https://kuotareguler.com/category/android/
Should look like this – https://kuotareguler.com/tdb_templates/category-template-20-fast-news-2/
What if you change something else for that category, do the changes appear on the front-end? Or what if you set the template for a different category? If you have caching clear it and then check, maybe it is a caching issue.
In case nothing works we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
