Hi,

There were quite a lot of similar issues reported here in the forum, one of our users found why it is happening. It is because of a setting in Adsense – https://prnt.sc/nc11h0

Try the same setting as in the screenshot, then the ad sizes should be respected on mobile.

Thanks

Hi,

You can use the theme provided page builders regardless of Gutenberg being active or not, used or not. So for post contents you can use Gutenberg if needed, there should not be any problems.
You could also build pages with Gutenberg, but then don’t edit them with the composer. Pages should be built with one page builder of your choosing, then only edited with it if needed, not with a different builder. So if you build a page with Gutenberg, this page should only be edited or modified with Gutenberg.

Hi,

Maybe it is happening because of browser cache, I checked again with desktop Firefox
http://prntscr.com/noralyhttp://prntscr.com/norar2http://prntscr.com/noraup
And mobile Firefox – http://prntscr.com/norcog
Try to clear the cache of the browsers you are testing with, then check if it works the same for you.

As a side note, if you reply multiple times in the topic it will delay our answer. The topic will be moved to the back of the line because the topics are sorted by oldest.

Thanks

I agree that it may seem complicated, but it is not so difficult however. For example you can begin with a already made cloud header template, import it and modify it. Or begin with a blank header template and built it as you want – http://prntscr.com/nor4w4
http://prntscr.com/nor55c

You can build it with the dedicated header builder elements – http://prntscr.com/nor62w
Once you add the elements you want to show on default mode, activate the sticky mode and add the same elements (if you want the same ones to be displayed when sticky)
http://prntscr.com/nor6t8http://prntscr.com/nor6y7

This would be the solution. Other than this maybe it could be done with CSS, but that’s a strong maybe. It would be very difficult if even possible.

Hi,

I see it, it looks like this – http://prntscr.com/noqrhf Only if I close the ad the socials and close icon can be seen.

I could give you a code to push the container down, so they will be visible. Something like this – http://prntscr.com/noqs8mhttp://prntscr.com/noqtyu
It will apply for the mobile menu or search modal. Enter it in the phones section of the Advanced CSS section – http://prntscr.com/noquqp

.td-menu-mob-open-menu #td-mobile-nav,
.td-search-opened .td-search-wrap-mob {
margin-top: 94px;
}

Hi,

Please try not to reply multiple times in your own topic, this will only delay the response from us because it will move the topic to the back of the line. We always answer from oldest to newest, as quickly as possible.

Regarding the issue, we could take a look at it. However I can’t promise anything unfortunately, as we did not make any testing with theme and theme plugins in a multisite environment. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin access. Also include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,

You could try loading your own fonts in the theme panel and disable Google fonts in the theme, from what I can find online that might work. Or maybe load them in the theme header directly (with CSS font-face or import) and then apply them as well with CSS.

Here are some resources I found online, maybe they are helpful
https://coffeencoding.com/load-google-fonts-5x-faster-in-wordpress/
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/54277912/ensure-text-remains-visible-during-webfont-load-not-getting-resolved-in-google-p
https://css-tricks.com/snippets/css/using-font-face/

That is how various characters are encoded by the browser, it is normal to happen
https://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_urlencode.asp
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/4530173/why-browsers-encode-url-in-this-form
This cannot be corrected as far as I know, because it is how browsers work. So this is equivalent to this – http://prntscr.com/nopwdi

Hi,

Maybe this is happening after the 9.7 update changes – https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/ if it used to work before.

So the problem is not happening when checking with just the mobile theme, but it is happening when you access the AMP and mobile theme? Also does it happen if you test while having only theme plugins, AMP, and the thrive plugin active?

I found some cases online where it is caused by either a caching plugin, low wp-memory (we recommend 256M), or old PHP versions (we recommend 7, 7.1 or 7.2). You could check those as well.

I can’t provide a definite solution for such a problem because we haven’t tried or tested the plugin you mention, up to this point.

Hi,

That code may work, starting from the second page the paragraph should be hidden.

By default all the post content will be shown in full. Using some CSS would be the easiest solution in this matter. Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi,

Those screenshots work fine. Regarding the header question It is possible to choose what appears in the sticky header mode. You can use a cloud header template
https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Using such a header, you can design a header for normal mode, and one for sticky mode, with the tagDiv composer. Simply enable the sticky mode and add elements in it (for sticky mode)- http://prntscr.com/noamf6
So if you want the same elements to appear in default mode and sticky mode, you can do it in a cloud header template. With the predefined header templates it can’t be done by a theme setting.

The header background color when the mobile theme plugin is active, can be set in the mobile theme section of the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/noaqzn

Hi,

Seems to be caused by an alignment setting in the composer, please check if you have used the following setting for the row with the problem – http://prntscr.com/noagfc
If you set the setting on default does it fix the problem? – http://prntscr.com/noagrr
Let me know.

Hi,

Thank you for the feedback, much appreciated. I have seen Wordfence (in some cases) causing problems when saving in the theme panel, setting the firewall to learning mode seemed to work in those cases.
I could add the issue you presented above on our testing list, our developers will take a look at it. But I can’t promise anything unfortunately.

Hi,

That is possible, in the theme panel there is a setting to disable the date for all modules and blocks – http://prntscr.com/no9vq6
If you have more questions let me know.

Hi,

I have checked all the websites you mention, the view count doesn’t work in all of them. The counter doesn’t go up as it should.
In most cases this is caused by caching. The view counter may not work correctly even if the ajax view count setting is active, with some caching plugins.

I see that all those websites use fastest cache, what if you test in one of them while deactivating that cache plugin, check if it works then. We recommend where possible to use the super cache plugin, this should work alright with the theme ajax view count.

Hi,

I see the problem, there seems to be an error related to the theme font responsible with the icons – http://prntscr.com/no9ef4
But it happens only in the mobile homepage, in a post it works – http://prntscr.com/no9ep4 also in mobile category pages.

Could be caused by plugins maybe, you could try as a quick test to deactivate all non-theme plugins, especially any caching plugins or minification plugins. Then check to see if the problem is solved.

Hi,

So you mean in the sign-in/join modal window? – http://prntscr.com/no949o This theme modal uses the functionality from the WordPress admin sign-in/join screen, just ads some style to it.

If you want to add more fields in it you would have to edit the file responsible with the modal, the file is here – http://prntscr.com/no96ep
By a setting it is not possible to add more content in that location.

Thanks

Hi,

If you re-downloaded the theme and updated again, now deactivate the mobile theme plugin and delete it. Install it again from the theme plugins panel and activate it
http://prntscr.com/no923m
Then AMP should work correctly. Let us know.

Hi,

I see it like this currently in the homepage – http://prntscr.com/no8rvh
http://prntscr.com/no8ryqhttp://prntscr.com/no8s39

What you are describing could be caused by caching, non-logged in visitors usually get served with a cached version of the website. However most caching plugins should automatically clear the cache when new content is published (should be a setting for this).

For example the WP super cache we recommend has a setting for it
http://prntscr.com/no8szg
Here is a guide if you want to give it a try – https://tagdiv.com/wp-super-cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Also there could be a server side cache, you could ask the hosting provider about it’s existence, and if it has any similar settings.

Hi,

If a general color is set in the theme panel the post title color will not change automatically, that color will always apply to all the post templates. But if it’s left on default it will change when needed – http://prntscr.com/no8na9

If you want to keep the general color from the theme panel, but change it only for templates 3, 7 and 8, you could use a code like this in the theme panel custom CSS section

.single_template_3 .post .td-post-header .entry-title,
.single_template_7 .post .td-post-header .entry-title,
.single_template_8 .post .td-post-header .entry-title {
color: green;
}

A setting to color the post title for each template doesn’t exist, you could try this suggestion.

Hi,

Currently that is not possible with the available settings, there is not setting to exclude categories or tags from the infinite load. Maybe something like this will be added in a future update, sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

There are two types of mega-menu, with sub-categories and without
https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
For example a mega-menu with sub-categories is the Fashion menu in the demo
http://prntscr.com/no8k9c
While the Gadgets menu is without sub-categories – http://prntscr.com/no8kje

Also here is a topic with a discussion about creating a mega-menu, might be helpful

Please let me know if you have more questions or need help.

I don’t understand what the problem is unfortunately. If you have sent us an email we could take a look, but we don’t know what exactly to check. Please try and specify some more details about it, or some useful screenshots if possible. Let us know.

Hi,

@Joe
Jerde Something is unusual there, how exactly are you entering the images and configuring them? I can’t seem to recreate it on my end.
A quick fix would be to use a code like this – http://prntscr.com/nmrrgi for the time being

.alignnone img, .aligncenter img {
width:auto;
margin-left: auto;
margin-right:auto;
}
