Same here – very annoying and would be good to have an option to get rid of.

Hi Calin – we are using the mobile theme and amp. This seems very specific to pages where we have selected in the Gutenberg editor to disable mobile theme (so it shows responsive version not mobile plugin version). Feels like this option is causing the amp plugin to render incorrectly.

I spent quite a bit of time debugging over the weekend. Wasn’t actually related to the theme – it was a clash with WP Rocket Delay Javascript Execution functionality. We are investigating how to re-implement and what scripts need to be ignored.

BTW similar issue on desktop version. The search box takes about 15-20 seconds to fully appear and allow users to search. Something is broken on search I think.

Is there any way to control whether certain pages do not load the mobile theme but show the responsive version on the classic editor? We don’t use Gutenberg.

Anamaria – thanks. That’s not the question. This is a specific value related to newspaper and is being auto loaded. Does it need to be auto loaded?

I’ve got FB fixed count filled in only because the widget isn’t pulling the info through dynamically from FB.

In addition, the Social Plugin no longer pulls in Facebook like counts. It is just saying 0 so i’m having to manually input follower numbers.

Guys – this continues to only work sporadically. Looks like perhaps some API limits of some sort but it is impossible to debug without some form of logging.

The IG access token has been confirmed in the theme panel and I’ve messaged IG about whitelisting but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Seems like we need to be using the new IG API under Facebook, is that what the widgets use?

Vlad – thanks – i’ve left the API key in but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. Widgets aren’t showing any user numbers.

Talking to support there seems to be some issues with instagram blocking websites and the widget. I’ve emailed Instagram and waiting to find out more. Right now I can’t find any info on the web around this happening to other widgets so don’t know what is special about the tagdiv widget that causes issues.

That worked – however i’ve now noticed a problem with the social media icons. They are now left justified instead of right (they are set to be right justified in the control panel).

I went back to main theme (not child) and deactivated all plugins yet still showed the same issue with logo on mobile

Vlad – it’s an erroneous logo, the proper logo is below the banner ad. It feels like a logo for a bigger viewport is not being hidden

Agreed – this issue I reported 6 months ago with several releases since. Please fix this.

I know I’ve made this suggestion before but a public roadmap showing tickets/features being worked on and what releases they are targeting would help tremendously.
