Hi,
It’s a strange issue, we tested the theme on IE and we didn’t encounter such an issue. Try to do some tests on another pc and see if this issue still occurs, you can also do some tests with the plugins disabled (enable only Visual Composer).
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve tried to disable all plugins to check if one may cause this issue but now i cannot log in.
Please resend the credentials via email at contact@tagdiv.com , also include ftp access.
Disable all plugins except for Visual Composer and Disqus, disable the CDN and if you use an external cache disable it.
Thank you!
Hi,
You could start with this css(add it in Theme Panel -> Custom CSS): – http://screencast.com/t/juRt1QwMPs6
@media(min-width: 1200px){
.td-main-content-wrap .td-container {
width: 1302px;
}
.td-main-content-wrap .td-main-content {
width: 1002px;
}
.td-main-content-wrap .td-pb-span4{
width: 300px;
}}
It will modify the content width on desktop, other adjustments are required for featured images or other elements to make them look right on the new width. If you don’t have experience with css i suggest that you look for a professional to help you with this task.
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately we cannot recommend one, sorry. You have to make some tests until you find one that works. To display it on pages the shortcode has to be added inside each module – http://screencast.com/t/W6jlYai0LeDL – , use the do_shortcode() function – https://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/do_shortcode
Thank you!
Hi,
You could try to add the shortcode inside the Theme Panel -> Ads section, it should work fine. If you want to add it inside the template you could try to add it here – http://screencast.com/t/hzcMDAy7
Thank you!
Hi,
You could try a plugin or a .htaccess redirect – https://www.sslshopper.com/apache-redirect-http-to-https.html
Thank you!
Hi,
If you deleted the code and nothing happened you may use speedbooster and in this case the theme loads the minified version of js. You have to modify the code inside it – http://screencast.com/t/Kmn22SnmuyU3 – , but it’s hard to do that so an easier solution may be to edit the normal file, then minify the code and replace the current code inside the min file. For minification use the following tool with default settings – https://closure-compiler.appspot.com/home
Thank you!
Hi,
Check the permissions and if the image files are actually there or you accidentally deleted them, some images go 404 which means they are not there – http://screencast.com/t/iiGEAKlnTGnq
@MegaMenu issue – try to disable all plugins, enable only Visual Composer and see if the issue is still there. Also check the error.log file, the cause of this issue may be recorded in it.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve tested tinymce advanced on my side, i’ve created a new post, added some text, images and a featured image and the post was saved without any problem. Try to disable the rest of the plugins except for Visual Composer and Tinymce advanced and see if the issue is still there.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Try this solution – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/link-to-user-section/
2. Yes, the frontend login box should still work.
3. Unfortunately we didn’t do much testing so i cannot recommend you a plugin, but i’m sure that you’ll receive some feedback from the other users.
Thank you!
Hi,
Try to disable all plugins except for Visual Composer and see if the issue is still there. I’ve tried this on my side and the ad doesn’t display over the other elements. If this doesn’t help please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com , paste a link to this conversation and provide wp-admin access so i can take a look.
Thank you!
Hi,
It’s not an easy task, you have to look for a library or plugin which detects and returns the current device id or type. Then create condition to load each desired element based on what the plugin returns. Unfortunately i cannot provide a easy solution for this, my suggestion is to look for a professional developer to help you with this, if you don’t know any look for one on places like – http://studio.envato.com/
Thank you!
Hi,
You need to use a plugin like qTranslate x – https://wordpress.org/plugins/qtranslate-x/
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry for the delay, we’re going to include the old method (just copy the file inside child theme) in the next update, we’re working on it.
I’ve added your suggestion with the Google fonts disable option on our list. For the moment they can be disabled via API, you just have to define an empty array for this property – http://screencast.com/t/OjwkBYy5S – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-plugin-method/
Thank you!
Hi,
@salocharly – You can find it here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newsmag-1-7-1-killed-our-server-again/page/3/

Hi,
Try to disable all plugins except Visual Composer and see if the issue is still there. Also try to upload small and large images (under 1MB and over 2MB) to see if it’s not an upload size restriction related error.
Thank you!
Hi,
You have to modify the code like this – http://screencast.com/t/KcWYIOpLqC – http://screencast.com/t/vZSYFRSDsc – http://screencast.com/t/4MOceYSdw
And create a new menu for the mobile menu – http://screencast.com/t/7tYZjOENsff
Thank you!

Hi,
We included the latest version of Visual Composer in our latest theme update so i guess you already have it.
Please check the error log to see if there are any hidden errors reported in there.
Also, if possible, please provide some traffic and resources usage statistics. If you don’t want to paste them here send them via email at contact@tagdiv.com , don’t forget to include a link to this conversation.
Thank you!
Hi,
The old function was just hiding the date, we received requests from users to make it disappear when it’s disabled. The old function looked like this – http://screencast.com/t/Ll7OIC4L – we added a new condition – http://screencast.com/t/Hg8gLAzE
The date function is used on all blocks and post pages, it’s normal for the date on blocks/modules to disappear when your are on that specific custom post. An alternative would be to duplicate this function, for example name it get_date_two() and replace it on all module files or on single templates. This way you will have get_date() on modules and get_date_two() on post templates and you can control each are more easily. – http://screencast.com/t/66vdh2uiW – http://screencast.com/t/hGw3hkKxmOo
Thank you!

Hi,
Try a different regenerate plugin, an example would be – http://screencast.com/t/VOuqkjWwr9f – https://wordpress.org/plugins/ajax-thumbnail-rebuild/
I didn’t do any tests with this plugin so i can’t say if it will work, it’s just an example. If it doesn’t work please look for an alternative.
Thank you!
