Unfortunately this is an issue that comes from the ads. Are there any other types of ads that they can offer ? Maybe fixed ads. This infinite ads are breaking the element and unfortunately we cannot do anything about them to fix.

You have asked what element will work for the images in order to have the URL. Single image element will do the best work. Can you let us know what theme version are you running ? You should have it.

Also for the Newsticker I understand that exactly my settings did not work but that was something that you can change and test to see which solution works best for your settings.

Depends on the modules you are using. As mentioned above and mentioned by you, a 16:9 Ratio – 1920x1080p will do the job very well. Please note that in flex blocks you can adjust the thumbs in case of any unpleasant crops. If that doesn’t work we can try a css code if you are looking to reach a certain look on your elements.

For the news ticker please try this setting in the tagDiv Composer for mobile layout only: https://prnt.sc/zukvr5 That will add a line height that should fix the issue. That can be adjusted to your preference.

What you are seeing right now is the Mobile Theme plugin template.

Unfortunately due to the way that was built you cannot customize it too much. All the options available to edit the design are found in Theme Panel – Mobile Theme: https://www.screencast.com/t/Uw056fUDwua

For further customization this will require custom css coding.

Our recommendation for this is to use full hd images: 1980×1080 px or standard resolution that is 800×600.

If you want to use vertical templates, where the height of the image is higher than the width then that is up to how you customize your elements.

My suggestion would be to let your client know that they can improve the images by themselves or use a software to keep the images lightly. If they don’t take this in consideration, issues may occur and it will be considered developer / theme fault.

I agree with the fact that the theme is Heavy, our hosting recommendations are high and this is due to the numerous features that simply cannot get more lighter. You will have to let your client know about this and that we recommend using a very good hosting plan to run a big website. As we speak our developers are working on improving the theme for page speed, CLS and newest Google standards.
