For the moment there is no alternative at this feature, the theme have its own slide block so you can try using that element instead.

(( or, the code is being broken by the ad unit/block being used/served on the home page, either via theme or ad plugin … ))

suggest you look at actual ad spot doing ‘view source’ on your home page to see what is there, and also check the text in the theme panel for any gremlins like curly quotes, etc.

You might have to email the ad code you’re using to TagDiv to check to see if it’s being re-written by the ad system incorrectly.

Unfortunatly it doesn´t work.
I have 2 pics:
The main pic (have to displayed EVERYWHERE, “INSTEAD” of posts in the category/regional/mainz-bingen area).
I have the NEWSPAPER theme – found the ads.php, I added the code, so the ads.php looks now:

The HEADER AD looks as follow:

So – what did I wrong?

Also, with the filter enabled the block displays the title even if we leave it empty as ‘Block Title’, can we just have the filter with no title?

You need to regenerate your thumbnails becasue Newspaper 7 use different sizes for images then V4. Please follow this guide and regenerate the thumbs: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Theme’s layout has been changed and the style for footer is different now. You ca set the background color from theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/JTxIQsXM7SH Also the widgets from footer can be set under Appearance: http://screencast.com/t/685PYiqf

This code will correct the button’s style and will hide top like and tweet bottoms.

Just One More thing, where is Taxonomies filter for Block? Like Block 8, 12, etc? why i Can’t find thus category from Costum post types?
