There’s no contact page created by the the video demo I’ve intalled.
I’ve created a new page using the contact page Template from visual composer
but there’s no form added.
There’s a text saying this instead:
Install Contact Form 7 Plugin and replace this text block with your contact form.
I would prefer not to use another plugin if possible.
Also how do I copy contact page from default demo to video demo that I’ve alreay installed?

1. The Our latest posts block from 404 template should display 6 from your latest posts. Here you can find the 404 template – http://screencast.com/t/r6p39bgXiA Please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer and clear cache.
Also you can translate “Our latest posts” from Theme Panel > Translations – http://screencast.com/t/geRDMTdoZzuU
2. Try to re-save the permalinks from Settings > Permalinks and also disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache. Maybe it is caused by a plugin that you use. Do you use a redirect plugin?

The tagdiv blocks were designed to work with default posts and also not sure if the Events categories will appear on block settings. You could try to filter by tags and see if it works.

Hello,
When you add an element in visual composer, the settings for that element will pop up. That is a block 18 I placed on my end. If you somehow close this box you can access it by pressing the little pen icon when you hover on that particular block: http://screencast.com/t/lb4uhyW9Yb Then you have the 4 tabs on top general, filter, ajax and pagination. Hi there,
After updating the theme and Visual Composer to 4.7.4 I get an unusual deprecated Visual Composer message and collection of icons at the base of every article and page. I am also prevented from editing or adding any block.
My page building has completely stopped. This does not seem to effect the front end performance or structure.
I upgraded the theme via FTP as the envato updater has not been working for some time. I deleted visual composer then added via FTP. The site is: http://coconutoilpost.com/ Can you please advise on how to restore the Visual Composer functionality?
I currently have a sub domain for testing a new version and it has no issues after the update with the same plugins. I have also tested all the plugins on both sites which did not resolve the issue. I have also deactivated and deleted then reinstalled and activated the plugin but still the bug persists?

1) Make sure you check all these options in the panel: http://screencast.com/t/n6nQwEkug and regenerate your thumbails using ‘force regenerate’ plugin. You can also use a thumbnail upscale plugin if your images are too small.

2) You can create your page in visual composer without a sidebar and set the layout to a 2/3 + 1/3 and add your visual composer elements do the right side of the page: http://screencast.com/t/GkYeBHGUTk including an image element

We didn’t tested the plugin that you indicated above with the theme so I cannot provide an exact answer in this regard. Check in plugin documentation if there are any instruction regarding its integration with a WordPress theme or try to contact the author and ask him for advice. Also you can try by adding a text block where you want to display that widget, and paste the plugin’s shortcode in it.

Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have infinite scroll on post pages, the infinite load pagination can be used only on tagdiv blocks and category pages.
Also there is not option to rotate the ads, you will have to use a plugin like AdRotate, it is used by many users.

1. Try to increase the WP_MEMORY_LIMIT at 64MB or higher, here it’s a guide regrading this

Regarding the demo error import, this also can happened because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file. When this it’s requested many times it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.
Note that some host may restrict the access at content provided from external sources, so you can check in cpanel if there are any options regarding this or contact your host provider and let him know about this.

I’m trying to put some posts and events in my homepage. I filtered the Categories and Custom Post Types that I want to show on the Big Grid and blocks, but events does´t appear on it.
The details about what I want to show:
– Custom Posts from categories 74 (post category) and 1874 (event category). I put these categories in Multiple categories filter box).
– Post & events (events are taken from Events Manager plugin) from these categories. I put it in Post type box.
Can you give some help in order to do it?

Hi, I want to add a block with infinit scroll in footer section only in article page below section. If you visit mashable.com/2014/10/09/google-nexus-shamu-report this page you will see an auto infinit scroll section bellow article in the footer area. I like to achieve similar feature (screenshoot) . You told that it can be done by adding a do_shortcode function.
But as i am not a techy guy can help me providing screenshot & exact code (for block 3 with latest articles) that i can paste. Please help.

Since I don’t want my site to look “bad”, I have implemented a temp fix by editing
includes/shortcodes/td_block_2.php
I found that when I would change the span6 div for this block to span 12 the layout would be right, so I commented out some lines in the td_block_2.php so that no span6 div would be generated. See screenshot http://rekkerd.org/sandbox/rekkerd_td_block_2.png

It looks like the block itself is alright, but it gets resized because it doesn’t fit in the columns.
When I mess around with the css in inspector a bit I can get it fit by setting .column_container .span6 width to 325px instead of 46.5714%, but I don’t recall changing any width sizes of the blocks so I have no clue why all of a sudden the blocks don’t scale properly…

I was choose Category filter is: (Ex: A Or B)
and setting (filter by categories) in Ajax dropdown – filter type : To show only (Ex: A-1,A-2,A-3..Or B-1,B-2,B-3) on my Block.
But they show all Main Category i had (Ex A,B,C,D,E,F…) on my Block
So. how cant i fix that?
