Stim de aceasta problema, este pe lista noastra si incercam sa o reparam in viitoarele update-uri. Ne cerem scuze pentru asta!

O solutie ar fi sa folositi excerpt pentru posturile cu aceasta problema: http://screencast.com/t/g5vGRXERiv
Astfel excerpt-ul va fi afisat in block-uri pe pagina.

Blocks was designed to work properly with posts, but there is an option in block settings to add page: http://screencast.com/t/JSI6frAwYmP

It works but I suggest to use this only if is necessarily, because you won’t have many options in block settings to work with pages, for example sort order will be “Latest”.

Please try this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer and SEO by Yoast active, also clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN.
Also please provide more details about the pagination issue as I checked your site and found any issues with that:

Unfortunately the infinite scroll pagination cannot be set for category as this pages cannot be build using the page builder and the infinite pagination only works and can be added on blocks.

1. I guess that you want these changes only for category’s pages, because you can change excerpt for module 2 from Theme Panel > Excerpt: http://screencast.com/t/ILsoSEbV6bc but this will affect also block 1 that use this module.
So you will need to hide excerpt using css code in Theme Panel > Custom Css: http://screencast.com/t/Den403FY9

2. For module 7 you have to make some custom modification, because is an extension of module 1. Please edit td_module_1.php add an extra class and remove excerpt code like this: http://screencast.com/t/h99qVRHRZyTj
Now please use css code with that class to hide meta and subtitle: http://screencast.com/t/ui1Y1Ode

Unfortunately this css(categories and subtitle) it will be applied also on module 1, so if you use module 1 to display articles on a category page, meta and subtitles will not be displayed also there.

2. Unfortunately the theme doesn’t have an option for this, you can only hide them via css for screen width.
