The comments pagination is on our issue list and we will fix this in next version.

1. You could try to use a plugin for this as the theme doesn’t have an option for it. I will also add this on our request list and will consider it for future updates.

2. You can do it via css and use this css for it: http://screencast.com/t/INtkUcs5 Adjust the css as you like.

Hi,

Please provide an URL or a screenshot so I can inspect the behavior you’ve reported when using categories in block 1,2,6.
This: http://screencast.com/t/7UMOYTOiLOS is module 12 and unfortunately can’t be added and used via page builder and it can only be set on category/archives/search/blog pages.. and also for the latest articles sections. So to have it you need to use the “pagebuilder with articles list” template and set the latest art. section to use the module 12 post layout.
Maybe your issue can be solved via css, send me your site URL and point me to the page on which you need this space and I’ll see what I can do.

Hi,

The latest are section is the same as a blog page and it’s added into the template using the loop so it’s independent from the page builder above.
What you could do is to use a template without that sections and use a block to create it. Of course it will not look and function in the same way but will be the best approach for your needs so you can use a block set a number of posts from all categories, the latest articles sort order, give it a title like “latest articles” and set the pagination to load more or next/prev..

Hi,

Unfortunately there is no block that you can use to full width and the module 12 can’t be added using the page builder and it can used just on category layouts.
You could use block 13: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/block-13/ on two columns and a sidebar. This will closer than you want without any custom modifications.
You could also alter one of the existing blocks code to use another thumb image size and also adjust the css to look good but this is not easy and you would need custom work for it.

Are you sure the issue is due to high cpu load? This is very unusual because usually the weakest link is the HDD/SSD (high I/O wait).

can you give me the output from sar:

sar 1 10

I would also suggest to make a test with the default theme from wordpress because that many posts are really pushing the limits of WordPress and MySQL (IF it’s not properly configured). The theme uses about 30% more queries than the default wordpress theme and it adds up with each block that you add to the homepage / sidebar.

Please know that issues like this are very hard to debug and the high cpu load can come from a variety of reasons including: high traffic + server that is not properly configured, poor cache choices / configurations, poor mysql configuration, slow hdd/ssd, no php op cache, WordPress limits (at that many posts, wp is almost at it’s limit and if you search a bit on the web about this you will find that it is terribly slow with many posts), etc…
