Hi there!
After updating my Theme to the current version, I observed that the layout, in live mode, changes on mobile and even on desktop sometimes. Since I did not edit any PHP scripts or touched the backend of the theme, I did not expect anything to affect the layout at least. Whereas the layout is as expected to be as the original demo in production or edit mode (see 
), it is not the same in live mode (see a screenshot of layout on desktop 
and a screenshot of the same layout on mobile device 
).
2. Another weird issue on mobile device: The correct layout both on desktop/device is as seen here 
. However, when you click any of the footer menu links e.g., About Us, the link does not display the page, instead, it displays this 
. I am not sure why the footer menu is displayed again instead of the requested page. This issue does not affect the website on desktop view. For the record, I did not create nor assigned any mobile page as I do not find it necessary.
3. In trying to resolve the issues above, especially issue 2, I explored the Mobile Theme Panel which I guess came with the new theme version. Under Footer, I see

Sub-Footer
. I am confused with these two because I only have one Footer named td-demo-footer-menu. I expected this footer to be the main Footer instead, it appears under Sub-Footer. Because it is the only footer I have, I enabled the
SHOW SUB-FOOTER
button. Currently, the
SHOW FOOTER
button for the main FOOTER is not enabled, and I think it may be an issue as well. Because I am confused, I have left it as it is hope you will assist with clarification and the way out to resolve the whole issue. I believe the issues I have explained in 1 and 2 stem from here. I hope my query is clear. Thanks for your kind assistance.

Ok, lets start with the first block, the Flex block 3, you have set there the number of words for excerpt, but most probably this is set on hoiden in layout tab, also those will be displayed only for the big module -> https://i.imgur.com/TVnSv6r.png -> https://i.imgur.com/jVGhxl6.png with the flex block 1 you need to check the same settings
Also, the excerpt it is only in flex blocks, on flex grids there is no excerpt.

This is where I add, delete and update my menu (image 1). I don’t have a block editor.
How can I add the ‘Mobile Menu’ block to the desktop version from that menu?
Or how could I do it, as I understand that a block editor is needed for menu, but yet I edit my menu from Appearance > Menu (no block editor).

That error is related to this line of code -> https://i.imgur.com/LMu8PCa.png and the code is referring to this setting from the flex block 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/ZcQU0eu.png I think that in one of the flex block 1 that you have, you set there a value that it is not numeric.

I just checked the drop down menu elements -> https://i.imgur.com/LCe1Dzz.jpg and now seems to work just fine.
In case that you are referring that there are no post displayed in those categories. Then please make sure that the blocks, flex blocks, grids, flex grids from those have the filter set on “current category” -> https://i.imgur.com/ESm2ub1.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/R7C6Kua.jpg

Hi.
We see that you added RTL support to the theme. There is no documentation for it though, and we don’t understand how it is possible.
Header and other blocks that needs to be changed , or maybe entire design…? Not sure how this is working.

Everything is fine at the back. The preview is completely correct. But…
When I log in via the internet on another PC, a completely different homepage is shown. Both the menu bar and the blocks and the site bar are different.
If I then click on a category, that category is displayed correctly. Then everything displays correctly until I click Welcome = homepage. Then the whole page changes.
Try it.
What is the solution? I hope you can help me.

Hi, we’re getting since some weeks recurrent and frequent error as below (we redacted our site name). Seems to be related to some coding issue? This error causes excess of resources utilization in some moments of the day and the site goes in Error 503. On all error lines, the block element is the same and the referred line is the same 433. Could you advise us on what to do / what to check and how to fix?

I have already managed to display it on the page.
But how can I add it to the menu? My menu is not formed by the block editor but directly from Appearance > Menu, so it only lets me add text.
How can I edit it?

In the theme panel, if you access Theme colors -> General theme colors, then there is a setting called ” Theme accent color ”: blue and the text color: black.

Unfortunately, this is the way the excerpts are working in our theme and they do not take into account the read more tag. You can control the length of the excerpt from the blocks settings.

I started with Newspaper this morning.
I entered the Purchase Code and activate it, and the activation is successful.
But when I go to Prebuilt Websites, I get this error:
An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key
Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.
On the System Status page, I have reset the key 3 times. Same results — I cannot load the Prebuilt Websites page.
I have memory set at 256M, deactivated the non-TagDIV plugins, and cleared the cache.

I think that if I hide it with this code, the block will be hidden even when upsells exist. Unless you provide a different class (this class .elastislide-wrapper ) when there are no upsells, from the class you provide when there are upsells.

Have you checked IP address blocking issue? You can files via file manager plugin installed in wp-admin just activate it and go ahead.
