Have you checked for admin-ajax error? Please verify the console when you try to import the template, usually, it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Usually, this happens when you set the page content in the header section or footer section.

That can be do using an extra css, for this, edit a flex block -> https://i.imgur.com/0kdmozf.png after that use a custom css like this one -> https://i.imgur.com/U6tojQw.png then the css will apply on all flex blocks that have that class set (also it can be adjusted)

Right now we have only few elements with those options, for example if you use a post loop this has pagination -> https://i.imgur.com/rBz52Jv.png also the slide blocks is on big grid and big grid flex elements -> https://i.imgur.com/KZk8AZQ.png (unfortunately, for the moment those are all elements with those options, we hope that in coming updates, our theme to have new improvements, maybe for blocks too).
