Is there a known fix for the issues on the screenshot, mainly concerning the font files (ex. can we add “font-display: swap;”).

Also, the element ‘Big Grid Flex 3’, doesn’t allow content preloading as the other block elements. I provided screenshots as examples.

This support system is not easy for me to navigate. Every time I need help, I have an anxiety spasm trying to find where this page is, and then where my earlier help was noted. UGH! I liked it, thank you for the video, but I think you didn’t understand my question. I’m using your Mobile plugin, which disables almost everything, including shortcodes, and on some specific pages I need them. How do I prevent the Mobile plugin from showing these specific pages? If I’m using WordPress blocks, there’s a menu on the right side with a button from you, “Don’t use the Mobile plugin for this page.” Okay? It works, but where is this option in the Classic Editor or in your Page Builder?
The foo gallery (which is on the website i posted) is just a slider gallery. You can scroll the pictures forward or back in a block on the website. And here only the 1st picture is ok. If i scroll forward, the pictures stayed white. But if i click on a white picture, the lightbox opens and here is everything ok. The same is in the 10web gallery.
The Option i nedd is the pictures to show … (don’t understand exactly what you meaned with “which option do you need”)
Can you tell me which gallery plugins are tested with newspaper, also? Maybe i take a look and maybe one of these are ok for my thousand of pictures..

I am trying to embed a post from Facebook via the custom html block in the editor.
When I paste the iframe and click view I can see it, when I update the post and refresh the page the code is gone. Is this a known issue or maybe another plugin is causing this problem?

Check if the block from the search template has any offset and delete the value.
Make a test and deactivate all plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache, and try again.

Hello, thankls for quick answer. Your workaround is the perfect solution, cause i see, if i put in the table of content with the composer, all single post sides with “H’s” use it. So it sounds fine, if i could put a table of content block in only some special single posts.
But … your solution include that i install a new “table of content” plugin? Cause i can’t find the table of content block in my gutenberg blocks … have i do something special in the preferences that i can use it there from the newspaper theme, without installing a new plugin?

(1) According to colors and images: Please read back my message… colors and images are already set correctly for the taxonomies but they do not display. Do the test on your end with the pa_lang taxonomy from woocommerce. The image doesn’t show. But it works fine in the woocommerce filters in the store. So there is a bug with the flex loop filters
(2) No, we cannot use inline text when there are more than 1 filter. The numerous headers are within the block for each filter. So the inline texts cannot be added inside the block. Please have the “post_type” name removed from the header… it makes no sense. Or add the ability to attach a header title for each filter.
(3) You wrote “Normally, if you have more than one filter, you should check the option “Multi.””. Allow me to disagree with you. This is not the way it should work as it is not logical. You can check how other filters work (ie. woocommerce). It is not logicial to consider that filters have to add up. Most of the time it is not case and it messes the results returned. Please consider fixing this. Report to the developers, I’m sure they will agree.

Hi there, I’m getting to short strokes now. (BTW: Thanks for info on how to show hidden blocks. Helped me eliminate a lot of extra junk I’d put in without realizing it was there.)
Here is my next problem. I wanted to have a full width text box just below the header, but if I put in to the main content it ends up with same margins as main page.
So I put it as part of the header. But that means I can’t hide the box on certain pages (unless I create a separate header which I don’t want to do.)
How can I add the text box to the main page content area yet still have it full width in the content box?

Exactly a bit over a year ago, I proposed this, and you thought it was a very good idea. Obviously, it doesn’t have to be done if you don’t want to, or if you want to make money from these things.
But on both occasions that I proposed it, the first time it seemed like a good idea to you (newsmag), and this time it didn’t (newspaper), I suggested it because I think it’s interesting for the template.
I don’t understand why you now say that implementing this suggestion would break the site, or that it would make the template heavier.
But in the same way that you can display the most read news of the day, week, or month in a block, you can display news from the same date in other years in that block.
I would appreciate it if the technicians could evaluate this as you mentioned, and then make the decision you deem appropriate.

The author and date can be globally enabled/disable using the theme panel settings for blocks/modules. So in case that a module is not displaying some info that is already enabled on the theme panel, then this one do not have it and it can be added only by editing the theme files.

You need to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from the Theme Forest account and download it.
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.

I hid all instances of a block because I thought I was doing it for only one page, but what I actually did was hide it throughout website. Now I can’t figure out how to make it appear again. Its this block (though its changed since this particular screen shot). https://www.screencast.com/t/ynZCiECwtwup I can find it in the code (just search for word “interactive” in source/inspect on the front page https://investorsvideonetwork.com/). I just can’t figure out how to display it. Is there a ‘display all blocks’ function or similar?
