Hello Torgut,
1)Unfortunately, I have checked your website and I saw that you have a lot of customizations. As you can see in this screenshot here -> http://screencast.com/t/2KVWPuCDaGYh this behaviour come from your additional custom CSS code -> http://screencast.com/t/2KVWPuCDaGYh If you want to remove it you have to remove from your custom CSS box, from Theme panel.
2)I have checked your source page again and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which could cause a lot of unknown issues in theme. First of all, please try to disable the Photon module from Jetpack plugin because it seems that this type of plugin is a problematic one and create a lot of issue in our theme ->http://screencast.com/t/YBBe3mk5A Also, for better results, we recommend to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
3)Now, you have a lot of customizations with CSS that can affect your theme design. Also, please notice that when my colleague provided you a custom CSS code you did not have a category tag. Subsequently, you have added them and that general code will further affect the style of your tag. Please notice that this was your request at that moment -> http://screencast.com/t/HzKsKuLVqhU Please notice that any code you have added in your backend to fix some design styles and then you have changed them or have added other options will affect these and probably do not work as properly or what you want. Please try to check your custom CSS box, remove this part of the code and check the results.
Thanks.
I am having the same issue with not all images displaying correctly all of the time. My website is http://www.shortshift.co
Newspaper 6.7.2
Visual Composer 4.11.2
I tried going through all my plugins and clearing my cache but the issue still persists. I also tried the plugin JQuery Updater but that didn’t seem to do anything.
Any recommendations?
Hi,
you have a js error on your site, most likely caused by a plugin conflict.
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Then try it again.
Thank you!

Hello threesides,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2), that come bundled with the latest version of the theme (6.7.2), clear all cache and check the results. Until now we do not have any bad reports in this regards and should work as properly. Also, please try to use the theme without some untested plugins (Tiny MCE is not tested with our theme) because these cold interfere with the theme and might create a lot of unknown issues. Also, if your problem is still there after these changes, try to make a fresh install to ruling out all of potential issues which could be appeared, in your previous installation.
Please try to make a fresh install of the theme and then only install the Visual composer version that comes with the theme. Please remove any other version from the plugins section (disable and remove) and then install it from here: http://screencast.com/t/DwZN21u0VR -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, please ensure that you have the latest version of the theme because there you will find the latest version of Visual Composer that come bundled with our theme.
Thanks.

Hello Torgut,
1)I do not understand very good on what you are referring to in this case. So, I assume that you want to change the menu color when you do hover effect over these, like -> http://screencast.com/t/h7bbVHQU Please notice that this menu is called mega menu and you can only set from your panel. For more information about this, please check our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
If is not what you mean, please provide more details, some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
2)Please check the following topic because there was be discussed this issue and there it explains the entire system when the theme uses the images. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/resize-thumbnails-to-proper-size/
3)Unfortunately, this behavior is not come from our theme, sorry! It is most likely a plugin conflict which generates this behaviour. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, please all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, you can compare our demo with your website and you will see that to our demo it is not this behaviour with hover on the category tags -> it is the same effect.
Thanks.
Hi
After WordPress updated at V 4.5 there appeared a jQuery conflict in our theme. We fixed this conflict and the current theme version available on themeforest works fine, also we included last version of Visual Composer plugin.
Try to update the theme at V 2.3.6, and Visual Composer at V 4.11.2 following our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ deactivate all other plugins, clear all caches and test again.
Thanks!
Hi
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test again. If you still can’t manage to solve this please provide your site url so I can have a closer look.
Thanks!
Hi,
This issue seems to be connected to the new version of wp and the htaccess file as this topic suggests: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/header-broken-after-update/
Or another case, a plugin conflict: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cannot-modify-header-information-2/
Please try to check your htaccess or disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
For some reason the theme simply does not use thumbnails on your site: http://screencast.com/t/CeC3IEtTSk It always uses the original image scaled down. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then use the force regenerate plugin to regenerate your thumbnails.
If you still have issues with this, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can inspect this issue. Also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!
Hi,
This happens when using cache. Try to clear your cache if you see a certain setting not applying.
Thank you!
Hi,
Well unfortunately you cannot trim down the files as all the code is needed. If you delete code from the files, then chances are your site will break.
The js error you are getting is most likely a plugin conflict. Please try this without any plugins. Disable all of theme except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test your site again. Plugin conflicts can also slow things down quite a bit.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please remove 23 total cache as it is known to cause some issues with our theme. We recommend wp super cache as the tested caching plugin.
Please follow this guide to improve your page speed: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Thank you for quick answer.
I do this before, when I delete all plugins home page stay with this error. Now I delete all my plugins, I leave only Visual Composer You can check it. I try also change some settings here: http://www.screencast.com/t/w6Hl7ZbEHm but this didn’t work.
Of course I clear caches files.
Any idea?
Recently I’ve noticed my sites been loading slower, I’ve got W3 Total Cache & Also cloudflare connected already.
I ran it through a speed test on Gt Metrix and these results came through:
Could this be the issue? & how could I fix it? Thanks!
Hi
I’ve checked your site with google page speed tool and hits a good score: http://screencast.com/t/ihro9rVcru8t However it can be improved by moving jqery resources to footer by using theme’s Speed Booster plugin. You can also move theme’s css but in that situation there will be a little delay with the style.
Here you can find some useful information regarding Speed Booster usage: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-view-problem-3/ Also you can improve the loading speed using mysql query cache: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/query-cache.html we also use it on our demo.
Thanks!
Hello failmuch,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2) and Newspaper (6.7.2). Also, please notice that this plugin come bundled with our theme and it is not necessary to buy another license in this regard. Please ignore this message and try to install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme, clear all caches and check the results.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello levieh,
The latest version of WordPress (4.5.1) ‘broke’ the Visual Composer and this creates some issues through the plugin. Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2), clear all caches and check the results.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi
Please make sure that you’re using last plugin’s version included in theme’s path, V 3.2 and also check if the plugin is setup according with our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/ clear all caches then test again.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hello olivervossmann,
I have checked your website and I saw your mega menu. It seems to be a conflicting plugin. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, you can compare the mega menu with our demo preview and there you can see that this feature is working fine. Also, please ensure that you have correctly set you mega menu according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ Also, if you have any additional customizations please try to remove them and see how it works.
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi
This blank space is not generated by the theme, it seems to be added by a facebook widget: http://screencast.com/t/DxlcxjRX I am not sure what code calls that widget but it could be one of your installed plugins or a custom code added in theme’s files. Try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again If you still can’t manage to remove that space use this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/hG4hl3DzhRSX
.fb_iframe_widget_fluid {
display: none;
}
Thanks!
Hello Seelife,
It’s most likely the plugin conflict. Please try to use only the plugins that come bundled withy our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Clear all caches and check after the results.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi @Holsinda
This is a known issue and we don’t recommend to use the Photon module of Jetepack. From our reports it creates problems on smart-lists and also modal image is affected by it.
@maxpeerawat Try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again. Note that we didn’t tested any plugins for galleries and I can’t say how they will work with our theme.
Thanks!
