OK, good feedback, Bettina.
This caused me to test the plugins and cache.
Neither were really it, BUT:
One plugin I use for fixed widgets needed a tweak.
The bottom of page setting for the fixed widgets wasn’t high enough.
So, since it was a transparent png and I had noticed it, but
thought it looked ok as a bg (behind “popular categories”), it was the actual issue.
Hah, thank you, again. Helped me localize it.
Have a good one.
yeahhhh¡¡¡¡ thankjs, it’s a caché problem. When deactivated the plugin Hummingbird I can deactivated the ads.
Thanks very much.
Hello!
It could be from the caching tools you are using or a plugin conflict.
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you don’t have a plugin conflict, let only tagDiv plugins be enabled, clear the cache, and check after.
Also, please set the permalinks to plain and check after.
Thank you!
Hello Alex!
It shouldn’t. We do not have this option in our theme. But, can be influenced by an extra plugin settings. Try to deactivate and activate the theme and execute the steps:
1. deactivate TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall (delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if a cache plugin is present).
Clear the cache and let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,
What I wanted to say is that there is no need to use the Lazy-load option in the theme, there are also cache and optimization plugins that have lazy-load options, for example:
Lazy Load by WP Rocket, A3 Lazy Load, EWWW Image Optimizer, Smush, Optimole, Lazy Loader, Lazy Load for Videos, Autoptimize.
The most used with our theme are Autoptimize, Smush and EWWW Image Optimizer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check the console when you try to save the changes made in Theme Panel maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Dear Calin,
Thank you for your mail.
I do not use cache plugin!
I configured FastCGI Ngnix Cache and integrate it with Nginix Helper Plugin.
How you mean lazy-load options in an optimization?
Thank you in advance.
Hi,
Do you have the blocks sorted to popular? if yes, I recommend using the cache option on the blocks -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/
Thank you!
Hi,
I also talked to developers about this situation and they recommended using lazy-load options in an optimization or cache plugin, this should solve the problem.
Thank you!
Hi,
This problem is the same when you are logged in?
If yes, then you’ll need to make a full backup for your website and update the theme to the last version.
In case the problem is not persisting when you are logged in, then it can be from some settings in the cache plugin or optimize plugin that is used.
Thank you!
Hi,
The problem related to deactivating and reactivating the mobile theme plugin is as if there is a cache problem and when the plugin is deactivated and reactivated it is deleted.
Thank you!
Hi,
Most probably this problem is related to a cache or optimization plugin, if you have such a plugin you must check the css and javscript settings of these plugins.
Likewise, if you wish, we can also look and try to solve the problem, for this, you will have to contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and give us temporary access to the site.
Thank you!
Hi,
The problem is caused by the cache, if you have seen the right version where you are logged in -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Also, pagespeed is not covered by support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hi,
Thank you for investigating.
I did some research too and pretty sure the problem is in the way it is managed by the theme. We have no issue with any other Ajax requests (including other WP projects using CF + Rest + GraphQL).
In the meantime I found a work around.
There is a setting in CloudFlare in the Cache section to set a rule to bypass cache in presence of a cookie. This way the authors can navigate in the site without the “loader” jamming 🙂
I still hope the devs find the fix, would be nice for others too.
But what would be even nicer is that those requests could use GET … opening the magics of cache <3
Saturday http://www.welovetennis.fr hit over 1 million visits… not easy to handle such load without cache.
Fingers crossed 🙂
Thanks for reading and wish you all a nice day.
reminder: in previous messages, logs confirmed that the POST request did get to the backend and that it was the backend responding 403, not cf.

Hi Meytar Zeevi, please remove all the logos from the header and footer from the theme panel, clear all cache, and check to see if the problem is still there or if there are some improvements.
Let me know the results!
Hi,
I did some research and found similar cases at Cloudflare on support – https://community.cloudflare.com/t/problem-with-ajax-and-cache/13072/4
In this topic – https://community.cloudflare.com/t/problem-rule-admin-ajax-php-403/422344/5 there is a suggestion that could help you too.
In case this can help you, please let us know!
In the meantime, I have opened a ticket with this situation and the developers will evaluate it.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you have. Also, do you use CDN?
Thank you!
I used Redis Object Cache for a time but not now. I verified and there is not objectcache.php on the ftp.
I use wp-rocket.
My host use opcache with php. Could it be the explanation ?
Hi,
I think an object cache causes the problem -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/. Please check the guide and delete the file and try after to activate the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please let me know what cache plugin you use. Please check if you don’t have an object cache file -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Here is the embed code gived by Adobe Fonts : <link rel=”stylesheet” href=”https://use.typekit.net/ypi6xut.css”>
When i add it to Adobe/Typekit fonts menu on the theme panel, save, refresh and clean cache, try to use it on the website but the font is not displaying.
Could you help me please ?
Hi.I faced a problem when generating a critical CSS, since the main image of the post is implemented through the CSS backgroud. When I generate css on one of the posts, the picture of this post is also cached and as a result all posts have this picture
