Hello Ken!
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
Is the problem still present after you log in to the website? If the issue has been resolved, you should double-check the cache plugin and CDN settings (if you are using).
Check to see if you’re using object cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/assign-a-new-template-to-all-posts-retroactivel9y/
Also, please make sure that you don’t have a plugin conflict or object cache -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
Are you sure there is no other plugin for cache on the website or host? Did you enable this option for mobile cache -> https://i.imgur.com/e9oMnQm.png?
Thank you!
Hello,
Did you use a plugin to optimize the css and js? Also, what plugin for the cache do you use?
Thank you!
Correction: This issue actually extends to the rest of the website, not just the main page, upon further investigation. I have to disable the Mobile Theme plugin and remove WP Super Cache, putting back the SG Optimizer plugin back for now until I receive an answer. I need the mobile theme to work, however.
I had posted this question 2 years ago. The issue still persists, however. When I use WP Super Cache as suggested by the answer from this question and others like it, either the mobile theme still works on mobile but appears distorted on the desktop version of the website, or the tagDiv Mobile Theme just does not appear on the mobile version of the website (which is currently the case).
WP Super Cache is installed with all the suggested settings. There are no other caching solutions on the website. Why is this happening?
An additional detail is that this issue only occurs on the home page of my website, not in any of the posts.

Hello @manuelencinar!
Please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem is still there, then contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:

Thank you!
Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what element you have there.
Also, you can try to deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Thank you!

Hi,
Yes, I also use auto ads in addition to the standard ads. I have already removed the auto ads completely but the problem still persists.
I have deactivated all non tagdiv plugins and cleared my browser cache on my phone. Unfortunately, this still hasn’t helped.
That’s why I will send an email to you with the details.
Hi, Bettina!
Thanks for your answer.
We corrected almost all the errors, but these were very old and had not affected the design.
We have continued to do a lot of testing, what is happening the most is that the site loads fine for a fraction of a second, and then many blocks go to the left.
I have re-purged the cache, enabled/disabled caching tools, and even removed custom body class td-tech, to see if this helped.
Nothing changes.
What could be the next step, could someone from tagDiv log into the site (I might be able to fix it in a few minutes).
Thanks a lot!

Hi Pradyumna,
Make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray
Thank you!
Nope, I dont see the posts when logged in or out. I can see on the Categories that the post are there with the same category. I tried cleaning the cache too.
Thanks
Hello,
When you are logged in, do you see the posts?
Also, test using only the tagdiv plugin, clean the cache, and check afterward.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Also, do you have a smart list?
Also, please make sure there is no plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Even after clearing the browser cache, the problem still occurs.
Hi, Bettina!
Thanks for your answer.
But everything you suggested -and much more- I already did:
– Disabled all plugins except tagDiv plugins.
– Deactivated and uninstall tagDiv plugins.
– Deleted the cache, and also ‘turn off’ the caching tools.
– Restored the database to a time when the site was working perfectly.
The site has worked perfectly since 2020, and in the last few days no changes were made to either tagDiv Composer, or the plugins, nor do we have anything like the interfering factors you mentioned.
Here, you can see how the site looked like before the failures (this is a staging copy):

You told me there are a lot of errors in the console, how can I access this list of errors, what else can I do?
Thanks!
Hi Again Bettina, sorry for the delay.
I simply want this homepage linked above on mobile devices instead of the AMP version.
I always applied the settings you mentioned and at the initially it worked, but not anymore. I cleared the cache many times, but nothing happens.
thanks
