Hello,
I think the problem is caused by the cache plugin which minified the css https://i.imgur.com/4VNqGe3.png please disable the option, clear for a few times the cache and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
I use Litespeed with enabled cache for mobile devices.
Doeas Newspaper theme has some switch to load mobile theme per request?
I know I can use Chrome developer tool to see mobile layout but I’d like to see mobile in regular view.
Something like http://www.domain.com/?view=mobile
Thank you

I know there is a setting for this somewhere. But I cannot find it
How to change the single post H1 headings to be like for exampe – This Is The Post
Like these capital letters at the start. Where is the setting for this?
I am trying to change in the text for the BUG FIRST LETTER section where you can see those options. But changing these does nothing. It wont change to my chosen format. Always stays the same. Yes. Cleared caches. But not even the previedw will change
Hi,
Usually, this issue is caused by a plugin conflict, please do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and try to add the news ticker element again on the page.
Thank you!
I am trying to install an RSS feed using the Feedzy plugin. I have a valid feed, as proven using W3C feed validation, and the feed comes in fine, but disappears after a while. I have set the cache to 15 days, etc. I know this isn’t a great place to post this, but wondering if anyone else using the Newspaper theme has had issues with an RSS feed, specifically Feedzy, and if using another, what works best for you?

Hi,
If you want to use the mobile theme, please check if the cache that you use has the option to detect the mobile version.
Also, if you don’t want to use then disable the mobile theme plugin and purge the cache a few times.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please purge the all cache.
The sticky menu please make sure is still enabled.
Thank you!
I deleted the folder named “td cache” from ftp. “TagDiv CSS Analyzer” is active again on the homepage. I ran “CSS Analyzer” again. My problem is solved now.
Thank you
B.Kerim
Hello
I used “CSS Analyzer”. Only the home page is distorted. Admin bar is active but not visible. It appears on other pages. I turned off my caching plugin and cleared the cache, my problem persists. You can watch it from the screen recording in the link.
As a solution, I disabled the plugins. It didn’t happen again.

The database is not in need of repair – the problem is purely one of a lack of caching – and a lack of forethought by the dev team.
Every single page request is generating a db request because the db won’t rely on the previous returned value in the db cache because it changes after every new pageview. Might not seem like a big deal, but when you get spikes of hundreds of visitors per second, even with a beefed up server, it slows mySQL, and the apache processes stack up waiting for a mySQL response.
It’s not rocket science. If the returned values for the block were set to only refresh every nth minutes, then it wouldn’t generate piles of complex queries – indeed, the query cannot be efficient, because it is checking pageviews across all posts for a given time-frame, which is not indexed – so even our tiny new site, which does 80k+ pageviews/day and has about 2k posts dies despite having an 8-core machine with 32gb of ram running with memcached on litespeed on PHP8.
Turning that filter off dropped average usage to consistently under 5% cpu usage, instead of 200% with 503 errors.
FFS- I can share the queries that are the cause – this isn’t some shot in the dark or loose assertion – the server was killed by this feature and traffic suffered, and we know because we checked, and could see the join queries that were responsible for the snowballing server load.
For caching wp super cache plugin is used.
Regarding og:image, All in one SEO is already used, so every post has the meta information & Size of the image meets the minimum requirements of 200×200 pixels as per Facebook’s guidelines. as for earlier url, image is 719px*398px
fb:app_id i have added now.
when using facebook debugger for multiple times, it fetches after many tries. But using debugger for every post is a tedious task right ?
To contrast to this, with no warning related fb:app_id or cUrl timedout doesn’t appear when “tagDiv Composer” plugin is deactivated. With out tagDiv Composer, All layout will be scattered.
Hi Bettina,
we are still facing issues with the cloud library,
You were advising that this would be fixed with an update soon. but this was in April this year. When can we expect this to be working?
I have added a screenshot from the area which we would like to change some settings for our post template. But the links are not working. Also not when we deactivate all plugins and clear all caches, same as in April.
Thanks for advise.
Sven
Hi there
we have the problem that social media embeds are not rendering on the output sites for customers
I have attached three screenshots from which you can see the issue.
We have disabled all other plugins and also deactivated all caches and optimizations but the problem presists.
It is important for us that the posts render and show as a full embedding not just as text.
Please advise on the correct settings.
As this clearly is a newspaper theme issue please do not suggest deactivating all plugins again, clearing caches or clear network caches as we have done all these things already.
URL of the page where Twitter is not rendering https://www.livetube.tv/news/breaking-45-dead-dozens-injured-in-church-fire-in-egypt
Attached you can see the rendered back-end image.
Mamy thanks for your help

Hello,
1. I have done everything mentioned above, however, I am still seeing no improvement on my mobile theme. I created a custom mobile template and it looks fine when I’m editing it with the Tagdiv Composer. However, after I save it and load the website from my phone nothing changes.
https://snipboard.io/qi9KTd.jpg
I deleted my previous cache plugin and used WP Super Cache with the settings you suggested. I also reconfigured my Cloudflare with the preferences shown in the article you provided me with, however, it is still not fixed. How do I fix this?
2. The desktop theme seems to load fine on my laptops. Please tell me how to give a cover image to my latest articles that appear on my homepage.

Hello,
I saw the mobile theme version https://i.imgur.com/fNgAx1W.png please cear the cdn cache https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/scene7/kb/base/invalidate-cdn/clearing-cdn-cache-invalidate-cdn.html#:~:text=a%20blank%20list%3F-,Solution,Then%2C%20press%20Submit.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Thank you!
Hi,
This situation appears because in Newspaper theme system status only the WP Super Cache plugin was set to be detected as cache plugin, so all other cache plugins will not be recognize, but this will not affect the functionality and it will work correctly.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have the tagDiv plugins activated, like tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library.
Have you tried to see that this issue is not caused by a plugin conflict?

Hi!
I use the LiteSpeed cache plugin and all the time I see the information “Caching plugin – No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache” on Newspaper system status and when I check the site health I see information “Page caching is not detected but the server response time is OK – AMP”.
Can you help me. My site is works good, but it annoys me.
Thanks!
