Hello @vincentalain!
Please check if the LazyLoad is disabled: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb
If not, then the problem could be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello @d-med!
The problem could be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again.
If you use a default template, then please make sure your Standard Pack plugin is installed and active.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!

no. I wrote that Ajax stopped working for me loading articles. And the solution to the problem is clearing the cache
OK I have just managed to get it working again. Cleared browser cache again and the server cache and then closed browser and logged in again.
I have the same problem since the WordPress uptate to 5.9. Updating theme and plugins did not solve the problem. I have also cleared all caches including server cache to be sure.
Hello,
Please let me know if you cleared the cache from your website and if you have done the test only with tagDiv plugins.
Thank you!
Hi zatyshnyy,
It is possible that some settings to not be set properly for the cache plugin, so please make sure that the wp super cache is set like is this guide ->https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also, here https://i.imgur.com/GXgX4v4.png please set 0, clear the cache and check the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check if you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and activated, if not, please activate it, clear the cache.
Thank you!
I cleared the browser cache and tried to default flex block. Still the same problem.
Hello.
Set up a bunch of plugins as per instructions.
The cache is cleared at 12 at night. But +- 14:00 – 16:00, Ajax loading of articles stops working. If I clear the cache, it starts working.
What could be the problem?
The site is updated frequently. +- 30-40 articles per day. Cleaning is set to 1 time per day.
I think that this can be done only if you not cache the posts, but then those will load slower.
Also another solution will be to also use CDN -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ also the server need to provide you the resources to can handle the traffic from your website -> https://i.imgur.com/mDORDjc.png https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
This is a strange situation because I made a test, and for me works well -> https://i.imgur.com/9OFIm1F.png please if you can do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the issue persists.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
You know any other method (with less server effort) to updating visit number with a cache system? Thanks
Hi,
You are referring to this option -> https://i.imgur.com/Replq0R.png, this option can increase the server effort if your traffic on the post is high. That option will allow the server to check and count each enter/refresh of post when you use a cache.
Now, it also depends on the server that you use and what resources are allocate for your website, if it is a dedicate server, then should not be a problem.
Also, the option can be removed if you are not using filters base on the most popular posts.
Thank you!
Hi,
Over the past few days, we have noticed that our pages are displaying incorrectly on both Facebook and Instagram’s in-app browsers when opening links to our site Stroud Times
Our mobile pages are loading fine in browsers: https://ibb.co/WGq60mh
But when opened from within a Facebook or Instagram app they appear as such: https://ibb.co/txvRQJY
What’s weird about this is nothing has been changed recently in terms of plugins or caching it’s just started happening. I have already tried disabling plugins, clearing the cache on both plugin server and browser.
I wondered if tagDiv might have any suggestions as to what may be causing this?
Hello,
Please check if you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed and activated, if not, please activate it, clear the cache.
Thank you!
hi,
i can confirm that i checked plugins and cleared cache. i did that prior to bumping.
i am able to edit all of the other templates except for the footer. and yes, i see the option to edit the footer template has now added, but i am unable to edit both my current footer and any new downloaded templates.
how can i connect with one of your actual tech folks?
Hello @fedeblock!
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-cloud-library-stuck-on-installing/
Also, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, and see the results. Check this guide too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
The problem was resolved with a new update. Download the new update and clear the cache.
It is the 3rd or 4th time the automatic update broke our website, forcing the website to display a bunch of short-code instead. The case gets worse when Cloudflare grab the cache
Why? Because when the theme update itself, it doesn’t update the dependency plugins, the tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library in fact they were apparently disabled due to incompatibility with the updated theme version.
I think this same issue affected this thread
How do I disable the automatic update, at least to save myself and the site from embarrassment?
Thanks
Hello!
This issue seems to be from a cache problem, please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you have not disabled the mobile theme plugin for posts ->
https://i.imgur.com/3XYOLI9.png
Also, make sure you have enabled the Mobile device support for WP Super Cache > https://i.imgur.com/yButePW.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
Hello @trademodo!
You should choose a static page, create a new page and give the name for example “Home”, after that you go there and choose that page which should be your homepage. You can import a template and design that page with the TagDiv Composer. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
If sometime the page is not working as it should, then please deactivate the cache plugin you use, delete the cache from your browser and try again.
Thank you!
Hello @viniciusyamada!
I’m fine. What about you?
The template style 8 has that featured image as background.
Make sure you set up a featured image like this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
Also, check if the LazyLoad is disabled: https://www.screencast.com/t/O5pfqQdb
If not, then the problem could be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache from your browser and try again.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
