Hello Dave!

I’ve tested on my end and it seems to work well. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results. Check this guide too: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

Thank you!

Hello,

You can change the caption colour with tagDiv Composer, select the Single Post Featured Image and in the tab “Style” you can change the colour -> https://i.imgur.com/nZKy0Dp.jpg also, inside the Single Post Content -> https://i.imgur.com/LX5yWKx.png
Also, to change the colours for Single Post Comments -> https://i.imgur.com/ZkK9NOn.png, but please make sure the settings that you do are saved.
Please check the console when you try to save the changes made with tagDiv Composer maybe is possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

I have the mobile theme plugin enabled.

I want the mobile theme to be shown to all mobile users, but this is not happening.

Some posts are being correctly shown using the mobile theme. Other posts are not using the mobile theme (I believe the non-mobile version of them has been cached, and is therefore being served).

I would like a solution that allows me to continue using caching solutions (as it’s necessary – we have over 50,000 daily visitors), but serve the mobile theme on all posts.

I already cleared the cache and it didn’t solve the problem

This is a strange situation because I made a test, and for me works well -> https://www.screencast.com/t/GcShysiNau please if you can do a test using the theme plugins, clear all cache and see if the issue persists.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello @ensisrecords!

I’ve checked your website on desktop and mobile too, but I can’t see any trouble with images or the social counter. Can you please provide more information, screenshots or a video. Also, please check if it’s not a plugin conflict or a cache issue. Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

Thank you!

Hello,

First of all, please make sure the issue is not from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Also, in the latest version (11.4.1) the option to edit footer template with tagDiv Composer has been added -> https://i.imgur.com/EyXFV4O.png

Thank you!

Hello @Anglerson!

Force refresh the page(CTRL + SHIFT + R) or delete the cache.
Or you can access the post and select the template you’ll like from the list near the button “Edit with the TagDiv Composer” or edit the post normally and you can choose the template from there as well.

Thank you!

Hello @abc!

Please make sure the theme panel is saving the option Mobile + AMP and that you have both plugins installed and active: AMP & Mobile Theme.
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, we recommend first to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

I think that you have an object cache file stored on your server.
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/j8q38If.png, and see if the problem persists.
We have a guide on how to check the Object Cache if is applied on Backend -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

I would love to change the Colors of the Main Menu Mouse Hover to orange to match my logo.
But it doesn’t seem to change even with saved changes. It’s still shown in light blue. Cache was cleared after. Any solutions?

Hover of Active Site, still Light Blue

Thank you for help.

I am using the mobile theme with Newspaper, and also have additional plugins running such as WP Super Cache and Jetpack. These caching plugins are necessary to have our site running with high traffic, but it’s causing our mobile site/theme to only be used on some posts.

Any idea how we can have caching plugins running, but still serve the mobile theme to all users on mobile?

Hello!

I’ve checked your website and it seems to display the responsive version of your desktop on mobile. Please make sure you assigned the mobile page to you desktop page: https://www.screencast.com/t/cI3kmlNrcklY -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If the all settings are correctly done, then this issue can be from a cache plugin. Please deactivate all the cache plugins, delete the cache from your browsers and see the results.

Thank you!

Hi,
I just checked your website and I think that the problem is related to some errors that you have in the console -> https://i.imgur.com/2eEStTc.png this indicate the it is related to some cache. Please make a test and see if when you are logged as admin, the menus are working? If yes, then please make sure that you clear all the cache and the problems should be solved, if isn’t, then please check the javascript settings from the cache plugin.
Thank you!

Hello Stavros!

I’ve checked your website and it seems that your mobile page is no more looking like in your screenshot. Seems that you use Mobile Theme and set the page as homepage.
Please check if this is not a plugin conflict from a cache plugin.

Thank you!

The 500 code would normally indicate an error on the server and you need to talk to the server developer for more info.
