Hello,

That’s weird because I tested again, from Facebook app and works well, I did tests for https://www.facebook.com/Thatsfarming/->https://www.screencast.com/t/8UCH8pdOXO and for the one provided in the video https://www.screencast.com/t/NVabZFh00
Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if this problem persists. Also, clear your cache.

Thank you!

Hello, how are you?

We have version 11 installed and we are facing some unusual difficulties
with the theme on the website: https://www.jmais.com.br

Print: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1D0rUznJG1G8uUDZUjSeLO5e5ikiZXBiV/view?usp=sharing

Our 100% dedicated server is for jmais.com.br
300GB SSD
12 GB RAM
6 NUCLEOS CPU
+ PROTECTION AND CACHE CLOUD FLARE

After installing the theme, we observed a large increase in server resource consumption, even with the number of accesses considered simultaneous than 100 visitors online. A sudden surge in CPU and PROCESSES happens out of nowhere even with a constant number of hits.

We have experience with our server and it is capable of handling more than 1500 visitors online, and reaching 200 is already crashing.

Can you guide me in what might be happening?

Here are the errors that we identified, we do not know if it is related to this slowness.
1) Error that is reporting in the error log is:

[27-Jun-2021 18:45:51 UTC] WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can’t run this command now for the SHOW FULL COLUMNS FROM wp_options query done by shutdown_action_hook, do_action(‘shutdown’), WP_Hook->do_action, WP_Hook->apply_filters, td_options::on_shutdown_save_options, update_option

2) Error, from http follows the print: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11KtmEo_Oa7ZirlizDEkk0zu7BPNrknd3/view?usp=sharing

As for the plugins, we are only using Adrotate and your originals.

We await a solution.

Sincerely, Rudmar from Brazil

I’ve read the other suggestions to deactivate Composer, uninstall, clear cache, reinstall, activate, clear cache and our mobile images are still not loading. Please advise for americanfaith.com. I’ve also tried reverting back to 10.4 and still no luck.

Update: I also deleted WP Super Cache to double check. But even without any Caching Plugin this issue remains.

Hi Tagdiv Team,

I have the issue that the mobile Version (AMP) is sometimes loaded on random sites on Desktop PC.

First I thought WP-Rocket causes the issue. Than I deleted WP Rocket and switched to WP Supercache as you recommended. I followed all your settings.

But the issue still remains wit WP Supercache.

Any suggestions how I can solve this?

Thank you

And, why do the settings not apply to posts? (I have cleared cache on all levels)

Example:
https://oldnewsclub.com/ <— works great besides the footer issue.
https://oldnewsclub.com/the-iconic-back-to-the-future-18-scale-dmc-delorean-from-eaglemoss/ <– Stretch does not apply as on front page – issue with footer does though.

I have my own custom made template – and the featured image is set to Full width with no padding.

Hello.

I have problems with some articles.

These appear twice on same page.

Above the normal formatted view and below the content again, but this time unformatted.

My steps: clear cache/reinstall plugins/reinstall prebuild websites/reinstall theme…

The only solution is to change post template from “pulses PRO” to “default”: https://abload.de/img/2021-06-26190120mvk3m.jpg

Example: Article

Hello,

That’s weird because the settings made with tagDiv Composer should apply. Please do a test using only tagDiv plugins on a staging website, because there is a possibility, to be a plugin conflict, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again. See if the problem persists.

Thank you!

Hello!

I’ve checked your website and it seems to work just well, no posts or pages are open in a new tab. Please clear your cache and try again.
Please edit with TagDiv Composer that page and please check the element’s settings. It could be an offset or a filter which causes the problem. Let the offset field empty with no space, no value.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello!

If your settings are missing, then please make sure you have Standard pack plugin installed and active and try to restore a backup from Theme panel -> Import/Export and please do not press “Reset”.
Also, please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!

Hello,

Seems you have the mobile theme plugin activate, and this is displayed also, on the desktop=> https://www.screencast.com/t/MmKBKYISUHq
Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, if you don’t want to use the mobile theme plugin, you can deactivate the plugin.

Thank you!

For the past week or so, my site has been running veeerrrry slow. Regular pages take up to 10 seconds to load, and working in the WordPress dashboard is even slower. My web guy, who knows how to measure these things, told me the server load on my site is over 4.0, even when fewer than 10 people are visiting it at once.

He and I went through all the troubleshooting steps — turning off plugins, updating everything, purging the cache, and even moving to a different server. The load time would get better for a while but then slow down again. He says there is some kind of coding issue in the theme that is making things churn away in the background all the time.

I don’t know if this problem is unique to me, but if I can’t find a solution, I will probably have to switch themes. Is there anything else I can try that I haven’t tried already? Is there anything tagDiv can do on your end?

Hi,
I’m using the Newspaper theme and I’m trying to hide the scroll to top button that appears on the botton right side of every page and post. ¿Can you help me with the CSS code?

I’ve tried with this code but it only seems to work on the mobile version (inserting the code in Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme -> Custom Code):

.td-scroll-up{ display: none !important;}

If I use this same code in Theme Panel -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS it simply has no effect. I’ve tried cleaning de caché but it doesn’t solve the problem. My site is https://misterkernel.com
Thanks for your help!

Hello,

Please check what version of PHP you have, we recommend version 7.3
Also, please make sure you have added the limit also in your wp-config.php file, in config is WP_MEMORY_LIMIT not PHP Memory Limit (there is a typo, sorry) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps;
Also, if you have other plugins activate, please disable them clear all cache and see if the problem persists.

Thank you!

Thanks for the reply. Disabled the cache plugin. But still reverts to default settings. Any other suggestions? Also, I’m sure that no one is broken our website. Even if, why only theme settings broken? It doesn’t make sense.

That’s strange! Please check all fields where you put this link or in TagDiv Composer if you use a cloud template. Hello,

Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
The mobile theme plugin uses a standard layout for mobile to make it faster, but for this, all your pages need to be remade using the mobile editor (so you can only add the elements that are present in the toolbar, without shortcodes (blocks) and the shortcode for the contact form (if you copy-paste the code will not work)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

Hello,

I’m not sure I fully understand your issue. Can you provide some more details, screenshots, a link to your website?
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins, clear all cache, and see if the problem persists.

Thank you!
