Hi,
I have tested with the WPBackery 5.7 and it seems to return good results, as you can see here -> http://prntscr.com/n9wphc Please update your theme and plugins to be the latest version of them, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
I’ve had three support teams look into this, they have amended the php.ini and everything else that you instruct us to, I’ve run cache clearing and performance tests using WPMUDEV, and had everything quadruple checked and confirmed all has been done on my side, and the advice is that it’s a theme problem.
I am happy to give you the WP-Admin login for you to check.
Thanks,
Ben

Hello
http://www.the-blockchain.com – all front page images are gone. It happened after I tried to upload a large image and it failed. I deleted all caches, including Cloudflare, and tried multiple PCs and browsers.
I am getting this kind of image source links for images on the front page and they are all grey.

Thanks for responding, Calin. The main issue is resolved. I had to make some changes in robots.txt file. Though Search Console is still reporting some issues, “resources could not be loaded” most of these resources are js, images and cache files.
I would like to mention that I cannot deactivate cache plugin because without it my website gets really slow.

Hi,
Indeed you have a blank space after the article, this can be a plugin conflict, but can be also a problem of sidebar, first please check the sidebar that is set on this post and change it ( remove some elements to be shorter ).
If the problem is still there, , please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache deactivate cache plugin and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Usually when you are on desktop and you are redirect to a mobile version of your website it is a cache problem, I would suggest as a first step to clear the cache then deactivate the caching plugin temporarily. Then check if the problem is solved.
The WP Super Cache is one of the plugins that was tested with our theme and was fully suported by our theme; this is our list with tested plugins with our theme -> https://www.screencast.com/t/cmPkh9jba4sZ
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Google recently changed their algorithm so comparing your current score with an older one is no longer valid. The demos page speed score have dropped as well.
Please use the following guides to increase the page loading speed score:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/newspaper-theme-speedify-your-website/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tutorial-chriss-custom-optimizations-for-functions-php-etc/
We also recommend this Cloudflare configuration
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
For speedbooster you can disable the compatibility check like so:

Thank you!
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
In addition, I cannot change to Super Cache as it does not offer the customisation that I require for my site.
I’d just like to know if there are any code optimisations in versions above 9.5.
Hi,
Did you deactivate all plugins and let only the tagDiv Composer, clear all cache to see if there is not a plugin conflict.
Also I check your website with my phone and for me is working normally -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OxbU1MjpGTp how you do that you get that error?
Thank you!
Hello,
W3 total cache is not a tested and recommended plugin to use with our theme. Please use wp super cache and these settings:

As for putting an image for a category, there is no such option. The category template requires a background image, not a featured image. Please add a background image for your category.

Hi,
I have checked your header logo and it seems that is not a PNG file, as you can see here
-> https://www.screencast.com/t/NiRhObKG and that’s the result when background is applied. Also, I do not see the blue empty box on mobile devices. Everything seems to works as expected. Also, the Latest Articles section sohuld be displayed the right posts, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/w9zWUu1t2CCw Disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
