Another question, does the plugin cache the mobile site or does it bypass it? I made some changes to the footer and I saw them reflect in the mobile site without clearing cache and this made me wonder if the mobile theme is cached.

Okay, now back to the original problem, this black frame in the block header is always there without the css code, (https://www.dropbox.com/s/w04isdins4obt74/Screenshot%20%28211%29_LI. jpg? dl = 0) with the TD composer I can only change the outside colors, but black is always there, it can not be the solution with the CSS code …. I have now taken out the CSS code so you do it yourself you can watch. With the CSS solution I’m not happy, I also like the recommended, Theme reinstalled, Child Theme new. Cache emptied, settings reset, it did not help anything. Here again the website: Catrelax.de

The Instagram social counter is no longer working on our site. I have updated to Newspaper version 8.7.3 and cleared the cache as suggested in a previous thread, but the number of followers is still stuck on the same value.
Is there something else I should try or will this be fixed in the next theme update?

I tried to (re)update the theme, disable the plugins and clean the cache via Cloudflare, but it doesn’t work 🙁

Well, because I can’t deactivate all plugins to the live website, as it is a news portal, I made a clone here.
I deactivated all plugins except tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Social Counter.
Flashed my cache. Same error.

Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. I suggest you make a new theme install via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Before installing the theme, you should make a full backup to your database to avoid losing all of your data. Ensure that you have updated all of the tested plugins and remove all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Try to recreate your pages made with VC with TD Composer, regenerate again the images with Force Regenerate plugin and Thumbnails Regenerate and check the results. Clear all the caches and check the results.

Okay, so I deleted Child Theme, deleted cache, updated theme via FTP and reset the settings. But unfortunately it did not help, so it’s still CSS, I can live with it but it’s not nice, can it be related to PHP 7.2?
The FB number is 0 but the FB page has 80K, i’ve read the tutorial from https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial/ & i did it as it says but the number is still 0.
Clean the cache & clear cookies but nothing happend.
Is there something else we have to do ?
Tried everything including resetting the master settings from Theme panel, reinstalling the theme and plugins a few times, clearing the cache and other settings. Nothing works.
Had to restore the backup to get things going for now. Something is messed up in Theme config/code as the theme panel hangs while saving any settings for footer/ads etc..
While the Theme version is 8.7 with associated plugins re-installed, theme panel still shows 8.6 and suggests to update theme with plugins. Could it be a caching issue ?

Please keep in mind that you are using short images (very narrow) for your block and that’s why you bring that results, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/8bmcUJTGfx3 The theme does not enlarge the images but only crop them. Change your images to another bigger one, clear all the caches and check the results.

I saw that you are using the child theme with such customizations which can break the theme. Try to revert the theme to the main version, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the child theme which comes bundled with the theme core files.

If the code is valid, then what it is supposed to do should be visible after entering it. Maybe you have caching or a CDN. Try clearing the cache and purge CDN files if that is the case. Once entered in either the child theme stylesheet

It seems to be a cache or CDN problem. Try to clear all of these, purge CDN files and check the results. I suggest you update the theme to the latest version of it if you want to achieve best theme results.

It would seem that the thumbnails are not created properly for those images. All the thumbnails should be of the same size in a block which uses a single module. I would suggest that you regenerate the thumbnails
