After flushing the varnish cache all is solved. Thanks for the reaction.
I’ve deleted the social counter plugin. I cleared all caches, restarted my computer and browser. It still is showing up.
You can see it here on the right side below “Must Read”: https://modernblackgirl.com/.
How do I delete the error phrase on the website?
This is after I downloaded the fresh version from Envato and cleared all caches.
Hello munvik,
Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Increase all system status parameters to our guide.
Thanks.
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!

Hello ReyhanAF,
Sorry but most likely, these errors happen due to a ba theme installing. I suggest you make a new fresh install from scratch to another sub-domain for testing via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case, clear all of the untested plugins if you are using something like this, clear all the caches and check the results. Everything should works as expected.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello b.bennion,
Unfortunately, please keep in mind that we do not have any bad reports in this case and we cannot recreate this problem, sorry! Make sure that you are using the latest version of it, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello tellpost,
Increase all the system status parameters to be according to our documentation from here -> clear all the caches and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please make a new theme installed and update all the plugins to the latest version of it with the version which comes bundled with the theme core file.

Hello,
Take the new theme packet from Envato Market and update the theme to the latest version of it, clear all the caches and check the results. Everything should works as expected.

@Stefan Please try again, make the modification as mentioned in that file, the scroll will appear like this

Clear the browser cache after making the change.
The composer does not have a scroll bar by default, we might add one in a future update.

When I delete my demo, and go back and load another demo, pages from the first one are still there. Do I need to delete a cache somewhere, that I’m obviously not performing?
Thanks!
Hello modernblackgirl,
If you want to get rid out all of the social counter functionality, you should simply remove the plugin from WordPress, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello raebild,
Most likely was a cache problem which was resolved in a while. It’s good that’s working.
Thanks for your understanding!

Okay, I’ve tried reducing the number of chicklets, but nothing seems to work. Even if I only have two I get the plus symbol. I’ve purged the cache to make sure I wasn’t seeing an old version.
Can you please let me know how to get to the original state? I would not have changed it if there had been any warning that I was going to screw up social sharing on my posts.
Hello Catalin
Just for info
I installed the WP super cache, however it dosn´t solve the problem – i still had wrong thumbs on some “old images”.
However i just figured out, that my problem was that i used some Danish speciel characteres in filenames, after renaming these, problem was solved. And i now have the correct thumbs Again.
I don´t know why 🙂 but it works
Thank you very much for your prompt response, the problem is resolved by disabling plugins and clearing cache memory.
However, I would like to know the max count of plugins which we can keep at the same time while using newspaper 8.7 theme.
Hello raebild,
Our recommended caching plugin is WP Super Cache. If you are using another one, we cannot say for sure if it will work or not. Check it and make sure that you have clear all of the caches from the plugin, browser cache and refresh your page with CRTL+SHIFT+R and check the results.
Thanks.
