Hello radis92,
In the past, we had a problem with demo content but now it was solved. You should update the theme and then, try to import only the demo without content, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Do you maybe have a user role editor plugin installed? Our theme does not offer any control over the content based on the user role.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
I added this text to the file, cleaned the cache and still the lightbox is not working(
Hello Lavesh,
Ensure that all of your used blocks thumbnails are enabled from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/b89rYM1e8 Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Mangus,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any English posts when the Danish language is on using the WPML plugin. Also, I notice that you have some errors through your console which come from your end. If you want to achieve best results you should use the latest version of the theme and also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I have inspected your website but I do not see this problem at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5yNc6CuDU
If it is an intermittent problem, and you are using WP Super Cache you can try the solution provided in this topic – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-theme-issues-5/
Hopefully this will be fixed in future updates for the caching plugin.
Thanks
Hi,
The social counter issue with the token not being generated was fixed. Please download the latest theme package and update the plugins provided accordingly. Then try and configure the social counter again, using this guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Before you begin, it is very important that you clear your browser cache. Example for chrome –
– https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
After successfully setting up the social counter, clear any caching installed if you are using it. Please note that there could also be some delay for the data to refresh.
Thanks
Thank you very much the problem was Google Chrome cache had over 700 mb i erased and works perfectly ¡
Hi,
Try adding the image for the post like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/v5QTmSxv
This should override any image used at the moment, and display the one set there. After setting the image you want, please clear your cache. It should work properly then. Also the plugin that you seem to be using for sharing could need further configuration, maybe it is the cause. Try using the default sharing as a test.
Thanks
Hello vikaskukreja83,
Ensure that you right added the size of your image from post editor, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/w7PPwpfAzt Select the full size of the image. Probably, you have accidentally selected the thumbnail size and that’s why you bring this error. Please ensure that all of the thumbnail settings are set to “on” in the theme panel, and then try the thumbnail regeneration per the following suggestion here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ Clear all your caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello Pete,
There seems to be an issue with the access token in the current version of the social counter.
Please download this version: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/td-social-counter.zip
And very important: clear all your caching including the browser cache. Example for chrome: https://www.screencast.com/t/f9Q66lPx1fY
Now the access token should work as before.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello WakeUpCallProject,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Header Style 8 which has a central logo set it by default and then, with a CSS custom rule, you aligned it to the left. This thing happens due you have 2 rule over your logo. The default one which is written in style.css and the second one which is written in custom CSS box.
This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code and also, I suppose that you are using the Speed Booster plugin. Please notice that the CSS are working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly in this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new fresh install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello jonathomp,
Please keep in mind that Visual Composer has not be activated or purchased. This plugin come bundled with the theme core files and you should enable it from Theme panel->Plugin section. For more information about how you can install and use Visual Composer, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hello nkodgh,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you do not have any source in your meta info container, like here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/yS6GvZEd. Do you have added it as my above example? Please try again with more attention, clear all your caches and check the results. As you can see, I have tried at my end and seems to work as expected. Most likely, it is your mistake.

The address is http://www.ashtreemd.com. Sorry I don’t know how to show mobile screen shots. I’ve deactivated and reactivated plugins, I am using supercache. I want to use the mobile site plug in as the mobile site not the responsive desktop version. Half of my pages will come up as the plug in version and others default back to the reponsive mobile site such as “Is your maple yellowing because of nutrient deficiency” page, and then it also switches back to responsive mobile menu not plug in mobile menu?? I’ve deleted all caches on site and phone (I- phone 5s if it matters)….. have someone coming to help me reinstall theme but was concerned about overwriting changes I had made.
Thanks
Hi Bogdan,
What does “reset cdn files” mean and how do yo do it? I tried disabling all plugins and clearing my cache, but that didn’t seem to work. Can you explain?
Thanks,
Dave
Hi,
Some white space has appeared above my top menu. See printscreen here:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/xumuwop6wh2hfqp/white-space-above-top-menu.jpg?dl=0
Any suggestion on how to remove this?
It’s for this page: https://agenturer.no
I’ve tried deactivating all the plugins and clearing the cache but the white space is still there. Not made any recenct changes to the pages so does not make sense to me.
Kind regards
Lars
Hello –
I’m using Block 19 in one of my sections because I like the 2-column layout. However, it’s displaying as 3 columns on my website. I’m sure I just have a setting somewhere that’s telling it to go 3 columns, but I’ve been searching for the last hour and can’t figure out how to fix it.
Here is a link to my website, although it’s an “unsecured” URL because it’s a development site. http://74.220.219.143/~cacheval/lifestyle/
Thanks,
Ryan
Google chooses whether to use breadcrumbs or not, and they can do so regardless of mark-up. They grabbed our breadcrumbs on our old shtml website for years with no schema markup at all.
Generally you need to resubmit your sitemaps in Search Console whenever you make any changes to your site “markup” like breadcrumbs, themes, etc., so that they “reindex” and restructure your content in their cache.
All our sites using Newsmag and Newspaper, and WPION, (and our in house theme), all have breadcrumbs in SERPS.
Also note console errors on your pages can cause issues, so good to check pages with “fetch as Google” which will show you WHAT THEY SEE.
You have issues on some of your pages “right now” like so:
getads.js:1 A Parser-blocking, cross site (i.e. different eTLD+1) script, http://aax-cpm.amazon-adsystem.com/x/getad?jsd=1&src=320&c=100&u=http%3A%2F…g-fundamentals%2F&slot_uuid=3b91326e-54a3-466a-82e2-14d884c7809c&rnd=93377, is invoked via document.write. The network request for this script MAY be blocked by the browser in this or a future page load due to poor network connectivity. If blocked in this page load, it will be confirmed in a subsequent console message.See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5718547946799104 for more details.
Hello John,
Please ensure that all of the thumbnail settings are set to “on” in the theme panel, and then try the thumbnail regeneration per the following suggestion here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ Clear all your caches and check the results.

Hi.
I have created a child theme and the mobile version is not working.
I get this message in the WP admin:
The TagDiv Mobile Theme is not supported by the current activated theme. Please update your theme!
File message: wp-content/plugins/td-mobile-plugin/td-mobile-plugin.php
and this in the public site version (mobile):
The mobile theme path couldn’t be set. Please check if you already have another mobile theme plugin active and disable it (ex. Jetpack Mobile Theme or similar). If you use a cache plugin clear it before checking the results.
How can i enable the Mobile theme in the Chil theme?
Thnx in advance
Hi,
The Big grids are displaying properly, but I cannot seem to figure out what is wrong with the rest of the page.
I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme if you have it active, clear your cache then check to see if the blocks are displaying properly. Try editing your page, remove and then reset these blocks on the page. Please also make sure you are using the latest Visual composer provided with the theme as well as the mobile theme plugin, which you could uninstall and upload again to see if the problem is fixed.
Please let us know how it goes.
Thanks
Hi, thanks for the code it’s works fine.
That is weir I’ve never had problem like this – with the mobile theme. Anyway I deleted the cache plugin and installed the WP super cache and updated Visual Composer as well.
All was fine the whole evening but this morning I refreshed the page and I can see the big grids alright but rest is in mobile version.
I turned off the – mobile theme yesterday to compare what will be better for me as a mobile version (responsible version or mobile theme). Now I reinstall the mobile plugin and it doesnt help.
Hello srampia,
Try to regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate plugin, clear all your caches and check the results. After this, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look. Notice that if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Please clear the cache as you may have a strong cache affecting your site. Also please contact your host and have them disable any hosting side cache as this seems to be more and more popular and wordpress has issues with a hosting cache.
Thank you!
