Hello Gorobets,
I suspect this issue comes from your untested plugins. Please try to clear all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. You will have to clear all your caches, (server caches), purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and check it again and see how it will work.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello paolobabaglioni,
Please ensure that all of these processes were made only via FTP according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, please try to clear all your caches, server caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system.
If your problem is still there after this, please try to make a new clean install and install from scratch the theme with the latest version and check how it will go.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello gomerblog,
I suspect your problem comes from your untested plugins which you are using in our theme. Please notice this is not the default behaviour of our theme…the layout will have to be centred. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear all caches and purge cdn files. Then test again. This issue was caused in the past either by plugins or an incorrect setting on the server. if the problem persists please try to re-install the theme by following this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Let us know how it goes and if the problem is still there, send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look.
Thank you!
Hi
Try to deactivate all plugin except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again. If you’re using child theme make sure that it does not affect main theme’s functionality, you can also test the site without it.
Let us know how it goes and if the problem persist please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin and ftp access so we can have a closer look, also include a link to this topic.
Thanks!
Hi,
That setting was not altered in any way in newspaper 7. The setting is still the same. http://screencast.com/t/h551vRlUD7
Please check your screen options (at the top of the screen) and make sure you have everything checked to display.
If the option is still not present, we had reports of plugins interfering with post/page settings so try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hi,
If the option worked previously, it should also work again. Please make sure you clear all of the cache whether it’s the browser, a caching plugin, a cdn server or the hosting.
If the sub-footer still won;t show up, try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear all caches again.
Thank you!
Hi,
That is simply a caching issue from the browser cache, a plugin, cdn or hosting cache. Please make sure you clear caches and it goes away.
If it resolved by itself it means the cache has been reset.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site on mobile and it works fine on my end. I didn’t encountered any issue with page’s load. If you still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then test the site again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hello killerkhan,
I have checked your website and I saw that big white space. Also, I have checked your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins, including a youtube embed and etc. which are not tested with our theme and which might cause many problems in theme. I have noticed that this plugin adds some classes and custom CSS in the theme which damage the layout and that’s why that white space it appear. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Plese keep in mind that all of these plugins which you are using on your side are not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with these and also, we cannot provide support for those untested plugins, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi

Hi,
Please try to clear all caches as the option works and I was able to add your site to the homepscreen but the icon was not this one: http://1christianvoice.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/1CVM-Logo-152px.png
I got a grey icon with a number 1. It could be your old icon feeded from cache or a plugin conflict but since you did not clear the cache, the disabling of the plugins did not show the imediate result.
Please try to clear all caches whether it’s a plugin , a cdn server or hosting.
I tested the bookmarklet on my end but could not find any errors. It picked up the correct icon on every device.
If you still cannot get it to work properly, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. Please also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and the theme seems to works fine. However I’ve noticed that you’re using V 3.0 but the css loaded comes from V 2.3.7: http://screencast.com/t/REpPde7fSiIM Try to clear all caches, purge cdn files then test again,
Also provide some specific detail about your issue if still persist as I am not sure I understand it very well.
Thanks!
Hello smartwebdigital,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and then, make sure if you have updated all the required plugins to the latest version of them ->Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins in our theme which might cause this issues, please try to disable all of them and runs the theme only with the required plugins.
I hope that helps.
Thanks for your understanding!

I have checked your website and I did not saw any problems in this regard, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/I94ZQumEmM40 Everything seems to work as properly. If your problem will reappear, please try to clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you are using the CDN system and try again and check the results.

Hello xaijona,
This behaviour appears because perhaps, you are using CDN system. So, to solve this problem, please try to clear all your caches (inclusive CACHE SERVER -> request this to your hosting provider), purge CDN file and test it again and check the results. Until now, we have encountered this problem and all of the customers which were had this issue were solved it by deleting the cache server. Please try to contact your hosting provider and request them to clear the server cache.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
So, if your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. this should rule out a plugin conflict.

Hi,
Please try to deactivate all plugins except for visual composer and revolution slider, then clear all caches: plugin, browser, hosting or a cdn server if you use it.
Then test the slider again. If the problem goes away, then you need to identify the plugin that is creating the conflict and remove/replace it.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is most likely a plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check the menu again. if the problem goes away, then you need to identify the plugin causing it.

First of all, please ensure that you have cleared all your cache, purge CDN file if you are using CDN system and also, if you have activated the Ajax View Count like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ba3q370ckm So, then try to make 3,4 Refresh for a single Post to make views and then check the Backend and see it the post_view_count is working as properly, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/GsLTbTbim If your problem is still there after these changes, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect your setup page. Hi,
It seems the margins get modified on your end either from a plugin that re-writtes the css or a custom modification or css code . Please try to revert the theme to it’s default state by disabling all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and purge cdn files. Then remove any custom css or custom code you might have in the theme panel or directly to the theme files.
Let us know if you still have problems with this. if you do, please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it.
Thank you!
