Hi,
Please send us your admin details via email so we can have closer look at this and also make sure you empty all caches and purge cdn files if using an cdn host then test again without any plugins active, besides theme’s plugins.
Address us at contact@tagdiv.com via email and also include a link tot this tread. We will get back back to your with an answer as soon as possible.
Thanks!
Hi,
Happy new year!
If you still have this issue, please re-save your permalinks, clear all caches and purge your files if you use CDN like Christopher suggested.
Let us know how it goes and also provide your site url.
Thanks!
Hi,
I disabled the plugins one by one, purged the files from the CDN and cleared the cache. The theme started to record the views again when I deactivated the Akismet plugin. Maybe it’s just a coincidence.
Can you please check if I still have the same issues in the console and tell me if they are something to worry about?
Have a great week and thank you a lot Alin!
Hi,
Please try to disable all your plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and purge your files if you use CDN then check if you still have this issue. I have checked your site and you have some errors in the console – http://screencast.com/t/IKenDb7EZPo that may cause this, usually these errors are caused by plugins that conflict with the theme’s javascript.
Also please make sure you have updated the theme properly and also update the plugins that come with the theme files(VC, Social Counter..)
Thanks!

I know you don’t want questions but this isn’t really a question regarding anything specific about what you wrote. I appreciate the post! – Just wondering, I’m paying for MaxCDN as well as using W3 Total Cache. Have you compared your local changes compared to using CDN and caching system? Is it safe to just disable the cache plugin (which implements the cdn) – and compare page speed insights? and then reenabling if the difference is worth it? It’s a live site – trying to avoid errors to current traffic.
Clear all your caching, refresh cdn …
Make sure your settings for the social media elements are correct.
Try disabling all your plugins except for visual composer.
Clear all your site/cdn caching if spplicable.
Check your page with the browser console (F12) for any errors.
Hello asymonds,
I’ve checked your website and I saw your problem and also, I saw that you have a lot of errors in your console, like this: http://screencast.com/t/Km1eiSq1h4k It seems to be a problem caused by plugins in conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge your CDN files if you used and try it again. If you are using untested plugins on your theme the chances are high that they cause conflicts with your theme and is important this advice because you should rule out the conflict. If your problem is still there after this, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict. If the problem is still there, please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. Also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!
Hello xmirz0,
I’ve checked your website and I saw that you have a lot of js. errors in your console, as you can see in this screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/j77VamREbw These errors might come from conflict plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the CDN files if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. Also, please try to identify what kind of plugin create this issue, disable all of them and install one by one and check which plugin generates the issue. We recommend using only our tested plugins, like this: http://screencast.com/t/f9BQ7y11TM If you want to use other plugins, please notice that we cannot provide support for this kind of untested plugins, sorry!
After this advice, if your problem is still there and your mobile menu still not working, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello doran,
I’ve tested on my side and everything seems to work properly. This is the original size of the thumb used by the theme. This thing you should see here: http://screencast.com/t/IfHJMtXc – http://screencast.com/t/513dm70GHOYr – http://screencast.com/t/lp8qXWPIt4ev
I suppose that your original size is different of this block and it becomes to original size (218 px) when the number of posts is 1…this is strange…and might be a conflict plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. If the problem is still there, after this advice, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. Also if you have any modifications to your logo, please check them as well and try it without modifications as well.
If the problem is still there afterwards, please provide a link top your website so we can inspect the issue.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure you update the theme to the latest version and try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset CDN if you use it. Plugins could interfere with the sidebars. Also check your widgets area and see if you have any widgets set to your sidebar.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Hello bullet550cc,
Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear your caches, purge CDN files if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our Theme. It is very important to follow this advice because it is possible to exist a conflict between new latest update and your plugins that you used.
If your problem is still there, after this advice, please let me know.
Hope this helps!
Thak you for your message!
Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and reset cdn if you use it. It could be a plugin conflict that is causing the sidebars to disappear. Also check if you have any spoecial characters in the sidebar you created. WP only allows standard characters. non language specific ones or symbols such as !@#$%^&. Even – or _ sometimes caused issues.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!
Theme doesn’t control your media folder —
a) try increasing default memory for your install from the wp-config.php file and your hosting php.ini file
b) resave permalinks
c) clear all hosting/CDN caching, and browser caching — make sure you’re using modern web browser and not IE9 or something really dumb like Safari on Windows (!)
d) make sure your media folder is writable and you have enough storage space on your hosting account
e) try going to your media manager in WP, and uploading a file
f) in case not already obvious, you need to make sure the image format can be “read” by WP; and use proper file naming like .. no spaces in file name, no high ASCII characters like * ! () [] & — etc. and only one period for the file extension (e.g., my-image.jpg and not mysuper.image.from.hell.jpg ).
Hope that helps!
Chris
Hello Catalin,
I applied your instructions. First, plugins are disabled. Then, I cleared all caches and did required things for CDN.
But, when I checked again website, the images in posts and corrupted sliders are same. There is no result.
Why do it occur?
Thanks,
Hello gastesehir,
I’ve checked your website and I saw your problem. Also, I have checked your console and I noticed that you have a lot of JavaScript errors, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ueK1VHa7S
These kinds of errors come from plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge CDN fine if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out a plugin conflict. After this changes, please check the website and if your problem is still there, please let us know.
Hope this helps!

Hello muaythaiguy,
Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to have this option implemented as you wish. If you want to add a unique image, you should simply insert image in your post page as featured image from your Theme panel -> http://screencast.com/t/x83NIu861 If is not what you mean, your should find a plugin to do this for you or please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to implement this option for you, because we cannot provide custom work for the moment, sorry!
For your second request, I’ve checked your website and I saw the twice display in your page. I suspect it could be a plugin conflict. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out a plugin conflict and try it again.
After this changes, if your problem is still there, please let us know.
Hope this helps!
Thank you for the message!
Hello,
I placed the code and on desktops is now ok. thank you.
I still see the problem on mobile devices. I cleared the WP cache and the CDN cache.
Try to verify this issue not by desktop with the browser (width <767px) but on your mobile phone. (I’ve tried with an iPhone)
Let me know if you see the issue also.
Thanks
Hi
Thanks @Chris for your answer.
@vitruvian1618 you can check our documentation regarding the update processes here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ Make sure that you do a clean update, meaning the we recommend to delete the old theme files, clear all caches, deactivate all others plugins that you have it installed, purge cdn files then follow our documentation in order to install the theme again. Also you need to update the plugins included in Newsmag-tf/plugins folder. The only required plugin is Visual Composer, others plugins are optional and you have to update them only if you use them.
Hope this help.
Thanks!
Hello,
Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it to see if there are conflicting plugins. We have not encountered this issue before so we cannot say for certain where it comes from. Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.
Thank you!
