Please disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Another cause of your error might be some settings from SEO Yoast, regarding on Log-in functionality. Please check the Seo Yoast settings and turn off if you have something like this. In most cases this is a plugin conflict. It could be because of the latest theme update as if you use untested plugins, the new version could no longer be compatible with your plugins.

Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

It seems like you have a second footer showing up after the standard footer and content. This is strange. It could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Ensure that you have correctly installed and set up the AMP according to our documentation from here -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, you need to check your additional customizations and your Analitycs section from the Theme panel and if you have some strange codes, you need to remove them and check the results. We had cases of gen in the past because of custom codes in the Analytics section.

Please ensure that you have correctly installed the theme to the latest version of it via FTP way because this is the surest method, in this case, remove all of the untested plugins, update and enable the required plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

In order to create a landing page with no header or footer, ypou need to have the cloud library plugin installed. The header manager will allow you to remove the header. In order to remove the footer, you will have to use this custom page template:
http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/page-empty.zip
Place it in the main root directory of the theme under wp-content/themes/newspaper
This will create a new page template called “empty page” This will be a page without a footer.

Unfortunately i cannot say for sure why the srcset image sizes cannot be loaded from the cdn. We have not tested the wpengine cdn so we are not sure of the functionality used.
It seems this is not suported by wordpress by deafault as a quick google search led me here: https://github.com/2aces/wordpress-srcset-cdn
