Hi all,

First of all, please check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, update the theme to the latest version of it (NP 9.6.1), remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!

Unfortunately, the Newsmag does not support the Mobile theme, sorry! The AMP sohuld works as expected if it was correctly installed on your website. Please enable this plugin and provide your website URL so we can check how it works. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please remove all of them, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Cloudflare (CDN) -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Also please you can check others settings from theme panel for lazy load -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0SXMx84QqSSU

Hi,

For me the website is not quite loading, I waited for a while – http://prntscr.com/n33ty4
Maybe check if everything is in order with the CDN, seems to wait a lot of time after the resources.
Eventually it begun loading, the icons are not showing on desktop as well from what I can
see at the moment – http://prntscr.com/n33x34
I have seen that issue in a few cases, this is a similar topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/

The footer shows like this now – http://prntscr.com/n33xvz Seems some social sharing buttons are there but they don’t display properly. Try to disable that plugin and check again. Also there is a shortcode there, what exactly is it supposed to do?

Thanks

Hi,

This is a common issue when using CDN or a very strong cache.
We can only recommend wp super cache and these settings:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
As for CDN:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Thank you!

Hello,
Please first make sure amp is properly implemented as shown here: https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
The YouTube video shows the old implementation.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, mobile theme and AMP clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.

Thank you!

Hi,

It could be a plugin conflict affecting your whatsapp share. Please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test whatsapp again and see if it still provides the error.

Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, you’re right and the menu should be correctly displayed. Try to force clear all of your caches, purge CDN files and check the results. I have checked your website and the top menu seems to be displayed, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/holvP8NGL

Hi,

This is usually a cache problem, the plugin cache show sometimes the mobile version.
What kind of caching plugin do you use? Please use only WP Super cache because this is tested with our theme. If you are using some untested plugins, please remove all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know!

Thank you!

Maybe one reason???
https://ampbyexample.com/advanced/using_the_google_amp_cache/

If I enter my URL : https://magazin.adeba.de/?amp
it will change to that URL:
https://magazin-adeba-de.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/magazin.adeba.de/?amp

which looks exactly like google stored in the cache

Adeba
tagDiv Member

so I found out:
https://magazin-adeba-de.cdn.ampproject.org/c/s/magazin.adeba.de
this looks normal

https://www.google.com/amp/s/magazin.adeba.de/%3famp
This looks bad on a mobile phone

If you google for adeba
Google shows you this as the AMP Version:
https://www.google.com/amp/s/magazin.adeba.de/%3famp

Of course, it’s working now that I’ve asked support haha. I didn’t purge the CDN files prior, usually it’s not necessary, so perhaps they just took a while to be refreshed. Thanks for taking a look!

Hi,

Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is 9.6.1. Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and also, make sure if you have enabled the Mobile Theme. Also, I saw that you are using the W# Total Cache plugin which is not tested with our theme. We recommend the WP Super Cache.

Thanks.
