Hello Ryansmccain,

I have inspected your website on FireFox and the images seem to be correctly loaded, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gaj2PQMLCNB Clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.

Hi,

I have inspected your website on FireFox and I saw that your More Articles box does not work as expected. The images are not correctly displayed. This strange behavior happens due only for FireFox browser. After some deeper investigations, I notice that your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins (WP Rocket) or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except Visual Composer or TD Composer, remove all of unknown Ad Code, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello!

I followed the adsense ads instalation in tagdiv following this tutorial:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

1) I do not know what is and where to find the data-ad-slot
2) I do not see the code in the head that Google ask us to put:

<script async custom-element=”amp-auto-ads”
src=”https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js”&gt;
</script>

Greetings,
Eddie

Hi,

I initially checked with an Android phone which worked. Now that you mention I also tested with an iPhone and there is a problem, the scroll does not work for the grid in your website.
It works however with the same grid type in the live demo, so it seems to be specific to your website.

Try to place that grid in a new page, check if it works there on mobile.

If there is a problem in the new page as well, could be caused by a plugin. Try as a quick test to deactivate all non-theme plugins, clear the cache if you have any, purge CDN if you use it.

Adsense - topic

Hi,

I added Adsense to http://www.mondeoz.com
I pasted the main code into Theme Panel > Analytics/JS Codes > HEADER SCRIPT CODE just below my Analytics code

But, for AMP, I’m asked by Adsense to paste 2 codes, 1 in the header, 1 in the html
So, I pasted the first one in Theme Panel > AMP > Analytics and I pasted below my Analytics code this one:
<script async custom-element="amp-auto-ads"
src="https://cdn.ampproject.org/v0/amp-auto-ads-0.1.js">
</script>

But I don’t know where to paste the second one, the one supposed to go into the html, this code:
<amp-auto-ads type="adsense"
data-ad-client="ca-pub-123">
</amp-auto-ads>

Could you kindly help? Is there anything else I need to do to finalise the set up of Adsense on my website? Moreover, as Adsense is now automatic, I do not need to set up specific ad spots, right?

Hi,

There are indeed gray bars in your case, something is wrong. Does the same happen if you check the same grid type in the live theme demo, with the same phones?
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-7/
Could be something specific to your case. I inspected the grid, can’t find anything out of the ordinary with it at a first glance.

Plugins could cause image problems, the first test would be to deactivate all non-theme plugins and clear the cache (if you use any caching).
Also a CDN image delivery service could affect the images, the Cloudflare rocker loader is known to cause various problems with the theme when active. We recommend to disable it
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/

Let me know what you find.
Thanks

Hello tmaghrebt,

Did you have cleared all of your caches? Purge all CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can provide some useful screenshots of the problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

There are other problems as well, even in desktop. For example the header search does nothing, block pagination doesn’t work.

I would suggest that you first disable the Cloudflare rocket loader, this can cause problems with the theme, we recommend that it is kept disabled
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
After you deactivate it, clear all caches and purge the files. Check if this solves the problem.

Thanks

It seems to be strange! So, if you will check our demo from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/td-post-i-have-so-many-shoes-that-i-cant-fit-them-all-on-display-in-my-walk-in-closet/ you did not get any error with Review on Google Structured Data. Try to disable all of the untested plugins, purge all CDN files clear all the caches and check the results.

Hello,

This can also be caused by the cdn. Please read this guide:
