Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

If you are using WordPress v5.5, you must use the last version of Newspaper theme too, only this will work on this version of WordPress.
Also if you already have Newspaper 10.3.6.1 and you have this problem, then try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.

The child theme can be use only for the theme and standard templates, if you chose to use cloud templates, these can not be set in a child theme, these are stored in database.
Also I do not know how Search and Filter Pro plugin should work, but I think it can work only with standard search (wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/search.php this one can be set in child theme -> https://i.imgur.com/9GQzHhb.png) not with cloud search templates.

Hi we need to set specific width and heights for custom_ad_1 in Newspaper 10.3.6.1 with our child theme
On our old newspaper 8.8 child theme we customized:
wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/includes/shortcodes/td_block_ad_box.php

I created a child theme and the site is now running on it. Everything is working properly, except for one thing – the block with the recommended entries is no longer displayed (this one http://joxi.ru/LmGn1O3ilRKYGr)
The block in the theme settings is enabled, but for some reason it is not displayed.

Hello! I’m using the Search and Filter Pro plugin and am trying to have the search results from the plugin display using the template I’ve set for the sitewide search results [a Cloud Template]. I tried adding the tdb_view_search.php to the child theme and then setting that as the results page in the plugin but it broke the site. I also tried using the archive.php page just to see what would happen and that also broke the site. So far the only thing that doesn’t break the site is the default search.php but that isn’t the layout my client would like to use. Can you please give me some guidance on how I might add the custom theme to the Child theme to achieve the results layout that the clients wants [basically Module 16]? Thank you for your help!

I have deactivate all plugins (except) tagDiv, there is no conflict. And i’am not using a child theme. I’ve noticed that this happens more often.
