This is a strange situation, since you are using the same post template the layout should be the same, now the only thing is to be both articles/posts and not custom post types, also what can interfere is the content, is possible that in the one without ‘Related Articles’ block to use some shortcodes from untested plugins, pleas make a test and please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Yes, you can use a child theme, but you need to use it as in our guide for here, and this will work only if you make changes in theme files, not for theme panel settings, these are saved in database.
What Vlad means, is that sometimes, users are using untested plugins that can provide such problems like these indicated by you, that is way he recommended to use only the main theme and theme plugins to see if in this way is working or not.
Also please provide some more details about the demo you are using and what exactly you want to change (if you can provide some screenshots will help a lot), in this way we’ll be able to help you step by step.

Usually the latest articles on home page can be edited using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/afXNM63.png , if this is not working, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem, please provide me a link where I can inspect this latest articles section.

Also if you want to hide tag, category, author and you are using a pro demo, then you need to do it using tagDiv Composer and check the layout tab from flex blocks -> https://i.imgur.com/jYP7Fb4.jpg or use the right click on the elements that you want to remove.

I found a solution, but without a child theme, it must be done manually after each template update, but it’s better this way:

Please set the custom css i theme pane> custom code> custom css and see if the code is still remove from there, if yes make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
