Hi,
When i edit the file directly on wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/header/top-widget.php i can see the changes but when i edit it on /wp-content/themes/Newspaper-child/parts/header/top-widget.php it doesn’t overwrite and i cannot see the changes.
Is there something else i should look out for?

Thank you for answer. I deactivated all plugin clean all cache and don’t have child theme. But i still can’t use TD composer and edit text modules and ad box.
And i build my page only in TD composer.

“The current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer” – that notice isn’t be the result of actual issues in most cases. If you can successfully edit the page or could template then there is no problem, despite the message.
It could also mean that the page contains elements that are not part of the tagDiv composer, or the page has been built with with a different method, this can create problems.

2. The patch folder is for advance users who want to update only the files that were updated, in this way will not lose the custom changes made in theme core.

in the previous version of the theme(version 9), i had a file parts/header/top-widget.php on the child theme, that had a code to add some links before the social icons.

After the update to the latest theme version, they disappeared.

I have the same issue with the theme! I don’t have revolution slider. I deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, child theme or cache plugin, and CDN system and clear all cache and not working!!
The only way for remove the canonical tag is set up theme to latest post option, but with this option, I can’t setup excerpt posts and none configuration.
Please I need you help ! my traffic is drop 75% for it !
