Do you have set on that post an excerpt -> https://i.imgur.com/qy7XeGg.png ? if yes, then the option will not work, the option is working only for post content to make it as an excerpt.
If this is not the case, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

For column text and text with title -> http://prntscr.com/pfw4o0 the text is save on key-up, so there is no need for a save button.

Ok. I tried here and had some success. But I still need more help …
